Loved our little weekend escape to the Beau Coast and the house was great for our time there! Very clean and great location. Only suggestion to make it perfect is getting a coffee Keurig for the awesome kitchen. Thank you again for letting us stay and sharing your piece of paradise with us! Highly recommend area and home.

The property was lovely, well appointed and we highly recommend it. Our only confusion was the pool location ( access was .5 miles away not right across the street) and we thought we would be closer to the waterfront. However, it was great and we would rent it again! Other amenities were great… beach towels, bikes, sand buckets…. Everything we needed or wanted! Thanks to the owners for a great weekend.

Good location within a golf cart ride of everything. Newer house in quiet new development. Pool was a little warm in middle of July. Overall, a nice experience. My daughter brought her two friends and they used the room with the bunkbed. Safe neighborhood for them to walk around in.

Perfect for us

Perfect for our family of 5! Short drive to Beaufort downtown waterfront. The community amenities are a nice bonus. House was very nice with plenty of room and had everything we needed.

Summer Getaway

I was looking for a place for a summer getaway with my husband, daughter, son-in-law & grandchildren that was not too far from our home. We came across this home & it fit our needs. The home is close to the pool and a small park. We sent 3 nights & 4 days and had a great time. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

Lovely home

A last-minute family vacation with four adults and two children under six. It was perfect, Especially for our family there was a pool within walking distance with great shallow swimming for the little ones, as well as a terrific playground. The home is lovely and the owners were very responsive. It is a Neat little community in Beaufort. Perfect For young kids. We would highly recommend this home in this community

Clean and Comfortable Stay Close to Downtown Beaufort

We enjoyed our stay at Kerri's home. It was so clean, modern and very roomy inside. Lots of kitchenware to cook and nice to be able to do laundry. Kerri was very responsive and timely with answering our questions. The home was 5 min drive from downtown Beaufort which was so convenient. We also enjoyed the pool in the neighborhood. Our only complaint was the couch downstairs. Could have been bigger and more comfortable for large groups. Overall, we will definitely be back to stay at Kerri's home again. 5 stars and a big thank you!

The house had plenty of space for our family. Bedrooms were spacious for my husband and myself, our son, our granddaughter, and our dog. Perhaps because we are seniors, we had a difficult time sleeping on pillows that went flat in the master bedroom but our son and daughter-in-law brought us some of their own. (We didn't mention it to Kerri.) It was nice to be able to load our Direct TV onto their tv. (We removed before leaving.) The kitchen had a great variety of pots, pans, and skillets and they were in very nice condition, unlike several VRBO's we have visited in the past. We suggest adding a few baking dishes or pans, 8x8 and 9x13, There was nothing available to bake a cake or coffeecake. We did use the cookie sheets though for chocolate chip cookies! It's only a short walk to the pool (past pool season for us) and a super nice playground/park that our granddaughter loves. We had one issue with no blinds on the front and back doors and even though it is a very safe neighborhood, I felt much more comfortable with them covered at night. Kerri let us put up some newspaper which I taped onto the windows and then washed the windows before we left. We had a wonderful time taking care of our granddaughter while her mom and dad were at a work conference and we appreciate being able to stay at this lovely property. Our English Yellow Lab enjoyed it also!

Potential

The house seemed tidy upon entry. However, the floors where not vacuumed or mopped before our arrival. Communication with host was timely. It is a pet friendly booking and I paid the pet deposit. The host only apologized but did not offer any recourse. The walls and doors had dirty handprints and marks everywhere; baseboards were disgusting. This booking has potential with a good deep cleaning, especially offering as pet friendly.

I’m so sorry that the home was not up to your expectations. I can assure you everything was vacuumed and mopped by our cleaner prior to your arrival. I have pictures my cleaner sent to me showing the floor was done. You only advised me that the carpet didn’t look vacuumed and told me the rest of the home was clean and tidy. I was not aware you had any further issues so again my apologies.
