The Space
Relax and unwind in this Travis Heights 950 sq ft townhome. Enter into a light-filled, contemporary space just minutes from vibrant South Congress (SoCo) and downtown. Custom walnut cabinetry, stained concrete floors, and cozy furnishings create a welcoming haven. When you're ready to venture, there are abundant choices nearby, sure to entertain every type of traveler - from fantastic restaurants and boutique shops to live music to hiking and bike trails.

For downtime between outings, sit back and relax on an extra large sofa, connect your own streaming account on the Smart TV, and watch a good movie.

There's a fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven and hood, dishwasher, disposal, coffee grinder, coffee makers, toaster, blender, and dishes. The galley-style kitchen with a 'waterfall' island opens to the living room - perfect for conversation, games, or watching a movie while you prepare a meal. To enjoy sit-down meals at home, there's a stylish dining table to seat 4, and if you prefer dining al fresco, there's a table on the deck outside.

When it's time for sweet dreams, you'll find both rooms artfully designed with queen-size beds, eco-friendly memory foam mattresses, and high-quality linens. One of the bedrooms has an office desk and chair in case you need a dedicated workspace. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, ample storage space, and designer fixtures.

Interaction with Guests
It's self-check-in using a code. All the access codes will be provided to you before your arrival.

You'll have complete privacy during your stay, but we're available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!

Other things to note
Guests must climb some stairs.

We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, toilet paper, and some garbage bags. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.

Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.

We kindly ask all guests to abide by these HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events, or illegal activities are permitted, and no excessive noise, especially between 10 pm and 7 am, will be tolerated. Please respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay when identity verification is necessary.
- Pet-friendly with prior authorization at booking, a signed pet agreement, and a pet fee of $25 per night. Dogs only, no puppies or cats. Two dogs max with a combined weight of 60 lbs.

The Neighborhood
Travis Heights is a wonderful residential neighborhood filled with unique upscale homes, a beautiful park and a natural springs pool that is free for visitors. The neighborhood is next to the South Congress area and a 7-minute drive to downtown Austin. You will find tons of shops and restaurants and some music venues on lively South Congress Avenue - less than a mile away. From South Congress Avenue, downtown Austin is just another mile north. You can also easily get over to the Rainey Street District, East Austin, Zilker Park, and Bouldin - all within 3 miles.

Getting around
The nearest international airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) 8 miles | 13 km away. We recommend getting around by car. There's free covered parking for one vehicle plus room for another vehicle behind it, and also free street parking. You can also use Uber and Lyft in Austin.
