This was a wonderful stay. The process to make the reservation was easy, very good price, clean property on a beautiful area of Scottsdale. The park behind the property is beautiful and also enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend it!

Excellent Condo

This was an excellent condo in a convenient area close to Tempe and Old Town Scottsdale. Every room was spacious and clean. We were able to park two cars there. It met all our needs.

Perfect Location

This was a perfect location. Close to everywhere we wanted to go in Phoenix and Scottsdale. The pool was a great place to cool down and relax.

Birthday Getaway

We all enjoyed this property very much. The unit itself was very cozy and comfortable. Two en-suites is a huge bonus. The property was very well kept and quiet. The pool was great and location was perfect for our interests. We will be booking this unit again in the future. Only suggestion I would make is add BBQ utensils.

Spring Break

Good location nice place. There was an odd smell when we first arrived but opening the windows helped and we didn’t encounter it the rest of the trip. Location is great and having the private garage was wonderful. pool area was clean and well maintained. Rooms and bathrooms are large. I would stay here again.

Nice place, good location

Enjoyed the stay. Condo had a nice, warm feel to it. Location near Vista Del Camino Park (just steps away) is great. Convenient to local restaurants and grocery store. Easy access to main roads for getting around town or out farther if visiting Metro area. Garage parking for the car is a nice plus. The condo is on the park side of the complex, so away from the limited traffic that travels on Miller which helped make for a nice, quiet setting. Having access to the complex pool made for a relaxing afternoon, too. If you are looking for a place to travel to, unwind, unload the luggage and relax, this does the trick.

Met our needs

I traveled with a 93 year old (mobile) and 86 year old with a walker. I liked that it was a main floor unit. The property itself was not handicapped accessible. There was not a ramp by the handicapped spot. The air did not reach the living room. The master bath/shower took a long time to get warm water. The kitchen knives were not sharp enough to cut an apple. It is dated and dark. The pictures look much better on-line. The pool area was nice, but the pool was cold. We had a good time and liked the location.

The complex was very quiet The park behind the complex was great for going on walks in the evening. The house just needed a better cleaning. We found a pair of dirty socks behind a couch cushion. The bedspreads were dirty and the carpet under the kitchen table has dog hair all over it. Which i didn’t have a dog. But great quiet location easy to get to.

Old and no proper air conditioning

They pictures posted make the place look bright and new and nicer than it really was. The fan was so high to the ceiling in the living room, no control to turn it up and made the living room area too hot to sit in. Air conditioning was only in the bedrooms and the switches for the fan and light were by the bed to control. There were no instructions for vehicles. The garage was was tiny making it stressful to park a dodge charger. There wasn’t a parking permit option available. There were mini or baby ants on the counter at night. That was strange. The window shades were made of wood planks and were broken.

Disappointed stay

Overall condition of complex and interior of condo were good. Strong smell of marijuana in front bedroom. Back patio door was boarded up and unable to open. The front garden space and back patio area were dirty, furniture displaced, things were tipped over and looked like the place had been abandoned. We were not given a parking pass to park near the condo and received a ticket violation for no pass. We were told we could park across a busy street in another neighborhood. Also the water was shut off for the day and we were given no prior notice of this. We requested a refund and still have not received any confirmation back regarding it. The conditions were so poor we had to find another place to stay.

Nice place in a great location

Enjoyed our time in this pet friendly condo in a lovely complex. It is close to a huge park, plus 5 minutes driving to not only Papago Park, Phoenix Zoo and the Desert Botanical Gardens, but also close to Old Town Scottsdale, the Fashion Square Mall and easy access to the 101 Loop. Lots of space plus a garage and in-unit laundry.

Lovely Unit; Not Great Location

It's a beautiful condo, well stocked (except for Kleenex) and nicely decorated. The rooms are large, the bathrooms are lovely, and the garage is huge bonus. But it is a ground floor unit, which means it's always dark and looks out onto the parking lot. The patio is located behind the mailboxes and is shaded all day, with a view of the garages across the way. This meant if we wanted to enjoy the sun, we had to be at the pool. It's a lovely pool and not very far, but it's not the same as a private patio/deck. My bedroom felt like nighttime even at 7 a.m. If you're looking for a cool, dark space, this might be for you.

Great location

Checked into the property at 8:30pm the place had no been cleaned (dirty sheets on the floor etc), had to contact the person in charge of the unit and was finally able to check at 11pm. Living room coffee table was wobbly ended up tightening all the loose screws so it wouldn’t collapse. Bathrooms were well cleaned. Had some communication challenges with the person in charge. Disc golf course/park next to the property which was great.

Lovely condo in great location

We (2 adults and 2 dogs) loved this condo. It is right next to a very large park for the dogs and in a nice complex. You are within driving distance of Old Town, Papago Park, Phoenix Zoo and Desert Botanical Gardens (not really walking distance to any of them). Close to grocery stores and a short distance to AZ-101. Very spacious and nice having a garage in the hot summer!

Arizona Getaway

The property felt safe and was walking distance to the pool area and pet friendly park. The property had everything we needed for a three day stay. The manual on the living room table was very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed.
