Great place to get away to the lakeside, family get togethers, relax, enjoy the morning walk or bike the waterfront trails, take the kids to the park or the beach just a few steps away
 Tons of space for everyone in this 2,800 Square ft brand new modern home in the waterfront community in Bowmanville. Enjoy your stay with a walk when sunset or sunrise on the trails. Come and relax with a coffee by the fireplace on chilly days, or outside by the porch on warm summer days.
The Space
New modern house with 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath. Clean, bright, modern open concept space with fully furnished modern contemporary furniture
Unlimited high speed Wifi
Dedicated office space if you need to get work done during your stay.
Living room with fireplace and smart TVs so you can cast your favorite shows.
Kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen wares, pots and utensils.
Coffee and tea area comes with complimentary K-cups.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed, lounge chairs, bright & spacious equipped with ensuite bath, soaker tub and walk-in spa-like shower.
Second primary bedroom has a queen size bed, equipped with an ensuite bathroom.
Third and fourth bedrooms have queen size beds with semi-ensuite bathrooms.
Laundry room is on the main floor with washer and dryer. Washing detergent available to use.

The unit is spacious and was very clean. The owner was very helpful, friendly and quickly responded to our inquiries. There is a paved walking path very close to the unit that leads to a parkette with benches to enjoy a great view of Lake Ontario and a sandy beach. Definitely recommend

Excellent Stay, Great location

House is perfect for family to relax and hang out, have family dinners and then walk to the lake. Close to all stores and places. House was well decorated, very clean and fully stocked with all items needed. Owner had excellent communication for our stay.

Perfect For Our Family

This property was just what we were looking for and we were happy to find that it was just as it appeared in the photos. Communication with the Owner was quick and easy. I would certainly recommend this property to others and will definitely look to stay here again the next time I am in town visiting family.

Great stay. House is beautiful. Beds we’re comfortable which is huge, because some rentals the mattresses are horrible. Bathrooms were spacious. Backyard was nice. Fire pit canopy and full table with chairs was a plus. My family spent our evenings out there. Also we walked to the lake which was a bonus.

The Lakeside Modern House was perfect for our annual Girls Weekend! With 8 women getting dressed in the morning, we really appreciated that 3 of the 4 spacious bedrooms had ensuite baths. We loved the bright, open kitchen, the table large enough for us to share our meals together, yet lots of spaces for anyone who wanted to quietly read alone or take a call. We took advantage of the backyard lit gazebo and fire table in the evening and enjoyed catching up with each other!

Perfect for what we needed. Local wedding. A few of our party walked down to the lake and loved it but I didn’t go. House in great condition, everything we needed. In a subdivision that is still being built but not a big deal and obviously temporary

Baseball tournament

This was a great place for our Bowmanville U18 baseball tournament. Great set up for the house with stocked kitchen for cooking meals. Easy access to Go trains for sight seeing, close to the lake for a swim and fun restaurants to eat. The house had some ants, but they did have traps to catch them. Downstairs bathroom wasn’t very clean.

Spartan Weekend

This listing was PERFECT for what we needed. It was exactly as listed. Everything work well, tons of space and very clean. We attended the Spartan races in Orono at Brimacombe for the weekend and location was only a 15 minute drive which was perfect. Communication with the host was impeccable and he was more the accommodating with information and any requests. Very quick to respond and even checked in after our first night. I was very impressed. Only downfall is the train noise at night. If you’re a light sleeper I would bring a white noise solutions. I did but it’s quite loud still. Other than that I would stay here again without hesitation. Value is great! 4 adults stayed.

Owner was very communicative, everything was accurate, we enjoyed a week and this was a great jumping off point to get to downtown Toronto within about an hour and some great beaches in Cobourg. Had everything we needed. Thanks!

Amazing house with everything.

Such a cool spot for anyone wanting to stay with family or friends. Me and my 3 other guys stayed for 1 week while working in town. It’s close to all amenities and lots of pubs and food places within minutes House is massive and very open, with a big backyard to chill and have a beer. Will definitely be back when we are in this part of town. Thanks for being a great host

Convenient to beach

Overall we had a great stay. The property was perfect for our extended family. Gazebo in backyard with fire pit was a great evening space. The only drawback, which is beyond the owner’s influence is the trains that went by through the night, although not right beside the property, were still noticeable when windows were open. New construction behind and a few doors down but did not have any impact on our stay. Overall good communication with owner and pleasant property.
