Any inspection of the property occurred outside our guest's confirmed booking dates, not during the stay itself, and inspections are never scheduled to interrupt a booking. Mattress comfort is a matter of personal preference and varies between guests. Our team offered our guest the Happiness Guarantee, which allows a transfer to another property, on more than one occasion prior to arrival. This offer was not taken up. We stand by our team's professionalism throughout this correspondence and by the accuracy of this listing.
