Everything was great. Host responded very quickly and politely. The cottage was beautiful with all items that were advertised, view was fantastic and the water was only a few feet away. The deck was fantastic to sit and watch the water. The furniture is getting a bit worn but nothing that would affect your stay. Over all it was a great holiday and would definitely come back again.

Had a pleasant stay. Very clean with everything you need to cook a nice meal. Awesome view ! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets off the back deck. Lots of room for everyone. We were 6. Two bathrooms are very convenient. Beach is narrow, but clean. And private. Host welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine, and immediately replied to a couple of queries we had. Highly recommend.

Serene is perfect description

Our one week stay was perfect. This cottage is very well equipped with everything you can imagine. The view of the lake from the large deck and from the living space is perfect. Nothing nicer than to relax to the sound of the waves with a good book in hand.

Peaceful and relaxing with a beautiful view

Our family of 4 was quite impressed with not only the cottage but the beautiful view just right outside the back door. For that matter, you could see that view from the kitchen or sitting area itself. The view of the lake, whether it be calm or rough, can just soothe your soul. Well, that is if it is something you like as I do. I could just sit on the deck and read and listen to the waves all day. My teenage boys enjoyed the air hockey and foosball table and the entirety of the large space downstairs. There was plenty of room to all be together and also have your own space. Ananth, the host, was wonderful. Anath's check in directions were easy and he covered all the aspects of the cottage as well as a few things to do in the surrounding area. Ananth was very easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. We enjoyed the beauty of the cottage as well as the tranquil lake and town. It was a very relaxing vacation.

Nice big roomy cottage. Beautiful big deck to sit and look out at the water. Owner provided firewood and fire starter for camp fires. Also very well equipped with everything you need. Bathrooms well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels. Toilet paper, paper towels, plastic wrap, tin foil, baggies and garbage bags were also there. It was great you didn't have to bring any of those things. Couple minute drive to Erieau and 10 minute to Blenheim for shopping. Nice beach in Erieau. Good communication with owner. We liked it so much we booked again next year.

This home sits right on Lake Erie, and that was exactly what we were looking for. A good sized yard for our dog to tether and play with a ball or frisbee. She loved the lake and it was her first time chasing a frisbee into deep waters.The home was clean and had plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own spaces. The home sits on a quiet road, ideal for walks. There is also a scenic path nearby that connects the home to Erieau, a small village with options for food and drink.We were looking for a quiet get-away, and we found it here! Ananth was a great hostess. We requested an umbrella to gain some shade on the front deck and she had a new one delivered within two days.
