Absolutely beautiful serene views and very comfortable place to stay at. Very spacious with everything you need in a home. We got to feed the horses and see some kangaroos. We will go back for sure in the future.

We had a great stay with Donna and John. They are excellent hosts, very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Family friendly, the kids had a great time in the pool. Great big spaces, full kitchen and bbq, rooms are all clean and well styled.

Heaven on earth

Absolutely breath taking views. The place is so beautifully kept nice and clean and feels so comfortable to stay there. The hosts were unbelievably nice and welcomed us with so much politeness and kindness we will definitely stay there again.

5 Star property and hosts

The homestead has been setup better than any hotel. Modern furnishing, modern finishes and all the required amenities and more! Both Donna and John are excellent hosts and always make sure you have everything!

Beautiful spacious place with gorgeous county views.

The property is brand new, very spacious and beautifully appointed. Having a cuppa on the veranda overlooking the gorgeous country views was a highlight. Donna & John were great hosts and made us feel very welcome. Having the fire on making the rooms super warm and cosy when we arrived made it extra special.

John & Donna were the most kind hearted hosts we have ever stayed with. Everything in the home was well above our expectations! I’ve never stayed somewhere so clean. The views are incredible! We can’t wait to come back!

A gem of a holiday

We cannot praise this place highly enough. Everything was simply perfect. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back. The property was immaculate, the view was out of this world, our hosts were beautiful people, the horses were adored by the kids. We just loved it all.

A very warm welcome from Donna. The place was in fantastic clean condition. We enjoyed the large swimming pool and fabulous scenery. A little bit far from the local shops but overall a great location. Thanks for having us.

Beautiful Farm Stay

Beautiful modern accommodation, clean, comfortable and very well presented. All the creature comforts of home with the added bonus of country peace and quiet, plus a spectacular view. Donna and John were wonderful hosts, so very warm and helpful. Kids loved the games cupboard, the animals and the pool. Absolutely would stay again. Thank you for hosting us.

Splendid experience

Wonderful easy stay. The property has a beautiful hills facing view. Covered in clouds, best place to rejuvenate and explore the farm lifestyle. Property was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities one would expect when check-in for a getaway. John and Donna had been wonderful hosts and they made us feel welcome. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful relaxing stay - we will be back

The accommodation was sparkling clean, warm & cosy. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay & the view was fantastic. We loved sitting on the deck in the early morning sunshine listening to the birds & relaxing. The kids had a great time running around the grounds & feeding Coby the horse. The hosts were friendly & helpful. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. We hope to be back soon

Beautiful, peaceful, relaxing equals rejuvenating

The Accommodation and the location were absolutely beautiful. the different birds singing in the morning to the lovely fire on at night. Donna and John were lovely hosts they have thought of nearly everything that you might need on a weekend away/ holiday. Will differently be back

The perfect getaway

Located a short 15 minutes out of Maitland, so close to cafes and groceries, you'll find Halee Park. It was the perfect stay for me and 2 of my friends, the beds were perfect, the kitchen had everything you could need, the views spectacular (trust me, waking up to that can not be beaten), the pool was divine and John and Donna were amazing hosts. I recommend this accomodation to anyone looking for a rural escape, it has truly filled my cup!

AMAZING

By far the place my partner and I have stayed at, not even joking. Donna and John were amazing hosts and accommodated for our needs, the place is spectacular with amazing views. Waking up in the morning hearing the birds and animals is just so peaceful, my partner and I cannot wait to go back soon.

Great place out in the bush

We stayed here with our 2 young children to visit the hunter valley. Property was immaculately presented with spectacular farm view out the front. Neighbourhood was quiet as expected and our kids enjoyed the pool even though the weather was a bit cold for swimming. Wifi was good and usable. Our host was approachable throughout our stay for advice on the local area. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic

Superb. Shiny new and sparkling clean. Airy and very comfortable. Fabulous deck with stunning country views. Very close to Tocal Homestead where we were attending a wedding. Wished we could have stayed longer.
