Appartement Ă  Las Brisas avec piscine et proche de la plage (et un chargeur Twizy)

L'appartement est proche de la belle plage de John Smiths Bay - Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied. La piscine est sur la propriĂ©tĂ© et Ă  l'arriĂšre de l'appartement. L'appartement a un lit queen et sa propre salle de bain + douche. Il est Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de notre maison dans une cour spacieuse dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel calme. L'arrĂȘt de bus est Ă  3 minutes Ă  pied et une Ă©picerie Ă  12 minutes Ă  pied. Nous avons 2 labradors qui parcourent la propriĂ©tĂ©.

Nous avons également une autre unité de location sur la propriété, ce qui est idéal si vous souhaitez voyager avec un autre couple / amis. Il s'agit du VRBO 719665.

Vous aurez le studio pour vous tout seul pendant votre sĂ©jour. Vous ĂȘtes Ă©galement les bienvenus pour profiter de la piscine! Il y a beaucoup de parking si vous dĂ©cidez de louer un moto 50cc ou une mini voiture Ă©lectrique Twizy. Nous avons Ă©galement une borne de recharge Twizy sur la propriĂ©tĂ© pour votre commoditĂ©.

Le coin cuisine comprend un petit réfrigérateur, une cafetiÚre (utilise des tasses K), une bouilloire électrique, un four micro-ondes et un four grille-pain. Il y a aussi un four électrique dans l'unité et un gril à gaz qui est disponible pour votre usage. Nous avons des serviettes, des serviettes de plage, un sÚche-cheveux et un shampoing tous ici pour votre usage. Il y a un fer et une planche à repasser, la télévision par cùble, le wifi et la climatisation.

La plus grande réserve naturelle des Bermudes, Spittal Pond, se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de notre propriété. C'est une grande promenade diversifiée. Il y a 2 trÚs bons restaurants à Flatts Village à environ 1,6 km, Rustico et le Village Pantry. Flatts abrite également l'aquarium des Bermudes. Collectors Hill est à environ un mile de distance et a quelques restaurants, une pharmacie, une épicerie et une station-service. Hamilton et St. Georges sont chacun à environ 15 minutes en taxi ou en vélo et offrent de nombreux restaurants et boutiques.

Excellentes vacances - Le paradis sur terre

Nous avons eu de superbes vacances. L'accueil fut extrĂȘmement chaleureux. Chris et Gail sont des hĂŽtes extraordinaires! Ils partagent leurs endroits prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s de l'ile, donnent des suggestions, des lieux Ă  visiter et il y avait mĂȘme les horaires d'autobus Ă  notre disposition ainsi que des jetons d'autobus pour qu'on puisse se dĂ©placer la premiĂšre fois pour aller faire l'Ă©picerie. On a jamais eu l'impression de les dĂ©ranger mais au contraire, on avait plutĂŽt l'impression de faire partie de la famille. L'endroit Ă©tait exactement comme dans le descriptif. L'endroit est tout simplement fabuleux! Lit et oreillers confortables. Draps super doux! Propre et bien organisĂ©. Beaucoup de rangement pour les vĂȘtements. Il ne manquait rien du tout! Toutes les commoditĂ©s y Ă©taient. Serviettes de bain et de plage, frigo, four, micro onde, sĂ©choir, sĂšche serviettes, parapluie, parasol, boite Ă  lunch, vaisselle, BBQ set patio pour prendre le repas ou une boisson Ă  l'extĂ©rieur prĂšs de la piscine. Plus que ce qu'on avait espĂ©rĂ©! Un endroit reposant dans un dĂ©cor paradisiaque. Super bien situĂ© sur l'ile. FenĂȘtres qui peuvent ĂȘtre ouvertes sur 3 segments pour respirer la fraĂźcheur et le bon air de l'ile. Leur gentil chien Ă©tait lĂ  Ă©galement mais aucunement dĂ©rangeant. On a pris du repos sur le bord de la piscine et tout prĂšs Ă  la plage de Johns Sminths Bay. L'autobus 1 et 3 passent tout prĂšs pour les dĂ©placement dans la ville. Une charmante petite Ă©picerie Ă  une dizaine de minutes de marche ainsi qu'une rĂ©serve naturelle Spittal Pound pour les gens qui aiment faire une randonnĂ©e qui est aussi tout prĂšs. On a mĂȘme pu y voir des baleines puisque c'est la saison. Les gens de l'Ile sont super gentils et accueillant tout le monde se salue! Vraiment un super endroit oĂč j'ai hĂąte de retourner pour revoir nos merveilleux hĂŽtes Chris et Gail :-) Je ne peux que leur dire merci pour les merveilleuses conversations et leur acceuil des plus chaleureux ! Je vous dis Ă  bientĂŽt !!

Chris and Gail were welcoming and gracious hosts. The property was ready early which was great. The beach is a very short walk as is a grocery store. Would definitely recommend if you want a conveniently located and quiet place to be. Everything was clean and in good working order. Pool right outside the door was great for a quick dip.

Awesome visit!

my husband and I were looking for a nice cozy place to stay for 8 nights in Bermuda and we found it. Everything you need is right here. Having a charging station for our EV on property made it VERY convenient, the hosts are very responsive to communication and you cant beat having a sweet dog like Tilly on property! The pool is a beautiful spot to have morning coffee, or even take a plunge. And Smiths Bay Beach is very close - definitely walkable, but we preferred to drive, and it ended up being one of our favorite spots to go. We love the neighborhood of Smiths Parrish. Stores nearby, places to eat and an easy walk to bus stops if that is how you choose to get around the island. Photos posted by the host are accurate - Thank you for a great visit!

Lovely in Every Way!

We enjoyed our stay at Las Brisas Apartment. This was a guest quarters with a separate entrance on the property of a beautiful villa in a quiet, elegant residential neighborhood. The hosts, Chris and Gail, were there to welcome us when we arrived, and they gave us a brief and efficient orientation. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was spotlessly clean and supplied with everything we needed during our 6-night stay. The location was convenient to shopping, dining, bus lines, and beaches. Highly recommend!

Happy surprises

Even though it was too cold to snorkel, which I had hoped to do, our hosts and everything else about Bermuda made the trip great. We bought a bus pass and used it to visit every corner of the country (actually several islands), from historic to scenic. Along the way we discovered Bermudans are the friendliest people we've met. Strangers offered us rides, wished us a Merry Christmas, struck up conversations and shared their favorite things to see and eat. What a treat.

Lovely, comfortable apartment and great hosts!

The apartment was just what we wanted, well located for an easy walk to the beach at John Smith's Bay ...beautiful beach and very quiet when we were there. Comfortable bed and excellent shower, plenty of towels (also for the beach) Small kitchen area screened off by doors meant we were able to cater for ourselves most evenings. Thoughtful touches, such as a large cool bag and a towel heater. Gail and Chris were unobtrusive but friendly and helpful and kindly allowed us use of the apartment until 5.pm. the day we left which meant we could have a last day on the beach and get showered and changed before heading to the airport, which was very much appreciated. We didn't use the pool but it was a lovely area to relax with our morning coffee or evening beer. Highly recommended and good value!

Relaxing

Always love visiting Bermuda. This time I stayed with great hosts in their home in Smiths parish, only a short walk from the bus stop and the beach. Loved cooking dinner instead of eating out and resting poolside with the kiskadees !

Beautiful Bermuda. Excellent Location

The guest apartment was perfect for our week long vacation. Everything you need and more, Gail, Chris and Tilly welcomed us, provided great island information and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect and easy access to beautiful views, wonderful beaches and great restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Lovely property with great hosts

We had such a lovely week at this gorgeous and well-situated apartment. The hosts were super friendly and accomodating, giving us useful information about great local dining and activities, yet they weren't at all intrusive. Very clean, pretty, great Wi-Fi and cable channels...the pool was pristine and so quiet. Centrally located for what we enjoyed doing (i.e. Swizzle Inn, snorkeling, Flatt's Village, Hamilton, St. George). We ventured as far west as Horseshoe Bay Beach which was beautiful but crowded with cruise ship passengers (didn't bother us, but FYI). Hosts' restaurant recommendations were spot on. We loved the Pink Beach Club at Loren (where we picked up the reserved Twizy...very easy walk), and at the apartment we had a charger we were welcome to use. We would stay here again, hands down!

My son and I

Perfect central location! My son (9) and I used 3 tanks of gas on a scooter over 3 days and went snorkeling with a 6 foot ray, took a charter and caught a wahoo at challenger deep, cliff dive at admiralty point, snorkeled at church beach and tobacco bay, played in the dockyard, and met tons of locals all with the most Welcoming and cheerful attitudes! Cant wait to come back

Amazing Stay and Amazing Hosts

I can't say enough good things about this stay, the hosts, the property and importantly, the property's location relative to activities in Bermuda. This was the ideal choice and we had a great visit. The hosts were super friendly and the property itself is basically like you are staying at a small private resort -- gorgeous pool, nice rooms, easy walk to the beach. The location of the home is in a quiet area of Smith's Parish which was nice, but an easy walk or scooter ride to other sites. Hamilton was only 15 minutes by scooter. An amazing resort (The Loren) was a short walk and enabled a really upscale meal or after dinner cocktail looking out over the ocean. Overall, of three previous visits to the island, this was easily my favorite location and the hosts were simply fantastic. Highly, highly recommended!

Lovely 2 weeks

The studio is fully equipped and is well stocked including kitchen basics, toiletries and towels. Gail and Chris are easy going hosts, point you in the right direction and don’t hover. Notes from former guests are welcome. The only issue for us was transportation as we were relying on the bus system which runs from stops just down the hill but doesn’t run at night. Taxis or an electric car rental, both expensive, necessary at times. John Smith Bay Beach with a very good casual bar/grill is easily walkable, grocery store further but doable. Beautiful grounds as pictured and sweet Tilly, the Labrador, will drop by for a belly rub !

Wonderful!

This was a great location and a beautiful, quiet, comfortable spot. Thanks so much to our hosts for being welcoming and kind. Our room had some great kitchen amenities, parking and charging an electric car was really convenient, and the mood and character of the local neighborhood was quiet and friendly -- a short drive from the downtown areas but still properly secluded.
