This Fairway Oaks villa has a two-story townhouse layout with the bedrooms on the first floor and the living areas on the second floor. The villa's open living area welcomes you with long views of Cougar Point Golf Course and its sparkling lagoon. Enjoy relaxing in the living room, where plenty of seating surrounds a flat-screen TV. A queen sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping accommodations for two. The adjacent dining area boasts uninterrupted views of the golf course and opens to the kitchen. Prepare your vacation meals in the fabulously renovated all-white kitchen. A large center island provides additional prep space and bar stool seating.

Downstairs, you will find three comfortable bedrooms and three updated full bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a TV, and lovely views of the golf course. A chic barn door leads to a private bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, golf views, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The final bedroom features two twin beds, a TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A deck overlooking the golf course invites you to dine al fresco, observe Kiawah Island's unique wildlife, and watch the golfers from a distance. The deck is on the second floor and is accessible from the main living space.
