Had a fabulous stay!! Location was perfect, villa had everything we needed, was very clean and well appointed. Close proximity to night heron park, the sanctuary and the beach. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back for another visit!

We had an amazing stay and the Villa was lovely! Screened in porch overlooking lagoon was amazing. So close to Night Heron Park, The Nest, and beach which was wonderful for our young children. Host was extremely responsive and we would love to visit again!

Can’t recommend this property enough. Clean, updated, comfortable and in a great location for our family of 4. Within walking/biking distance of The Sanctuary, the beach, and Night Heron Park. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

we throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa! Screened in porch was a delight and we spent most of our time out there including our meals. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the villa handled our toddler granddaughter just right. We did bring a child gate for the stairs. Would definitely return!

Villa was great! We've been coming to Kiawah for 20 years and was a homeowner on the island for 11 years. We really enjoyed the location - proximity to beach, Night Heron and Sanctuary. Villa was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Owners were easy to communicate with leading up to our visit.

Location was great. Condo had everything we needed and more. We loved being on the lagoon and the home is centrally located to all the restaurants. Also, we fished off the dock everyday. No fish caught, but it is February. The beds were comfy and clean. We really enjoyed coffee on the porches each day.

Had difficulty with the door code when we first arrived but the owner promptly replied to correct the issue. The property was clean; the kitchen was updated with good appliances and a very good washing machine and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the television was excellent. The sitting arrangement was very good. The screen porch was nice. The location was good. Overall great experience!

Great location. Villa was clean and neat. Each bedroom has its own bathroom offering great privacy for all. The screened in lanai is a nice room to relax or read. Overall very happy with our experience.
