Very few rental units in Ocean City offer both a canal and walking distance to the beach! Boat slip is for jet ski only, not boat.

Guests supply all sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy condo.
Non-smoking, non vaping. No pets. Owners do not rent to groups under the age of 25.
