The host was very responsive and welcoming. The condo is so spacious and well decorated. Everything was comfortable and we enjoyed the beautiful windows and large kitchen and living area. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Thank you. We will be back!

just wow!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this property! The condo was gorgeous, spacious and spotless, with beautiful, high end furnishings and decor and every convenience we could possibly need. Our inquiries were responded to immediately and the owner was very helpful. The location was perfect and the parking being just steps from the door was an added bonus. This will be the very first property we try to secure every time we come to OCMD from now on. Thank you for an very enjoyable weekend!

Beautiful Place! Skimpy on household amenities.

The place is beautiful, spacious and centrally located. My only suggestion would be to provide bath mats so the floors aren't wet after 10 people shower. Also, more dish washing pods, trash bags, and cleaning materials so people can keep the place as clean as possible. It's cumbersome having to travel with linens, towels, clothes, beachwear, and our own cleaning supplies. Loved it though, good memories!

Post Season stay

We were really impressed with this property. The location is absolutely perfect! The pictures reflected reality. It's so spacious, so many sleeping beds and the kitchen had just what we needed for our week stay with our family. I ended up at Bella Vista instead of Bella Sun and when I called the owner he picked up right away and told me where I went wrong. Great communication! He even sent me a picture of the Bella Sun entrance to make sure we got to the right place. My family and I absolutely love this property!

Vacation

The lobby/elevator area smelled like mildew and fish. That area was dirty and unkept. The condo was clean for the most part. Some of the rooms were dusty and looked like the furniture stands werent cleaned in a while. The laminate floor was damaged in the kitchen area, in a major walk way. Which didnt affect us. Just didnt want blamed for it.. The fridge drawer was broke and hard to open. The sliding door handle to the balcony wasnt secured tight, which made it hard to open the door, we had to lift up on the door while opening it. The overall space was great for all of us. The rooms were accomadating, lots of space for storage. Love that it had three bathrooms. Spacious kitchen for cooking and dinning. The location was great!! The beach was a block away. Also the location was convenient for shopping, site seeing. We had a great experience here but probably wouldnt stay here again.

Review

The three bedroom, three bath property was spacious and well decorated. It was quiet and easily accessible. The ocean was within walking distance and the outdoor pool was nearby. The owner responded to questions within minutes.

Great place in prime location!

Stayed here for a girls weekend. The place is super spacious & easily accommodated 11 girls that got ready at the same time! The owner was great and easy to communicate with prior to the trip and you can't find a better location if your looking to be near prime hot spots in OC Maryland. Highly recommend!

The property was very clean and wonderfully put together. The amenities were as described and all wo led beautifully. I've been vacationing in Ocean City for over 20 years and this may be the best property I've stayed at so far. Owner was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Would certainly stay again!

Wonderful experience!

The apartment was spotless. The decor was very cute and well done. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, and even a keurig. It was huge and we all had our own designated bathrooms. The mattresses were very comfortable and we all slept well. The balcony was large and we enjoyed our times at night just sitting back on the balcony. Each TV is a smart TV with access to Netflix. My nephew (under 2 years old) really loved being able to watch his cartoons while we were there. Vinh was very responsive to messages and got back to me within minutes. I can tell he really cares about the renters and how their stays are. I hope to stay here again soon!

The condo is very nice. Wasn't as clean as expected especially during COVID. One night the front door was not working and we could not get in, owner was quick to provide a solution, but building manager was extremely rude. The toilet was also not working properly but other than that everything was perfe t during our stay. hope to rent this condo again soon!!

Great Place

The property was great for my friends and I. The only complaints I have is that when we got there the floors were disgusting. After walking around for a few minutes the bottom of our feet were black. Also, we were not told beforehand that the pool was closed; this was a pretty big inconvenience. Overall we enjoyed our stay it was in a great area and we felt very safe.
