This unit was perfect for our group of six people. Having two full bathrooms was very nice. It is easy to walk to the slopes. We also really enjoyed how close we were to the Snowmass mall. The unit was clean, well stocked, and in good condition. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice Place

Great location with so much to do nearby. Only 3 of us for 4 nights, but room for a few more and amenities for much longer stay.

Great week in Snowmass, property location in great. Walk to the mall and gondola to access the base of the mountain.

Snowy Retreat

We loved our stay! The unit was nicely updated, comfortable and perfect for our family of 5. An easy walk to the slopes, and hot tub after a long day of skiing and snowboarding! We look forward to booking again next season!

Great place to stay!

J17 was in a quiet area near Snowmass Mall. Close to dining, shops and gondola down the hill. The hot tub and pools were great. Had everything we needed. We had no issues arise. Would stay here again. Washer and dryer worked great.

Quick Maroon Bells Adventure

The property was absolutely perfect for our quick weekend to visit Maroon Bells. The walking distance to restaurants and shops was so convenient. Definitely keep in mind this is a 3rd floor unit!!

Love snowmass

This location is great and so easy to get any place in snowmass without a car… the iTrip crew is great and the kitchen/living room space is very comfortable One of the hot tubs was out while we were there and so the hot tub was too crowded to use also the second bedroom is dark and cramped not like the pictures. Overall it was great and the mountain is amazing

Great location. Optimal set-up living space for conversation or family time: TV is sidelined. 5 beds, the loft with very low ceiling, good for group of bro’s or family with kids. Very convenient to slopes/Mall; 3rd floor walkup not suitable for mobility-impaired folks.

Summer vacation

This was just as advertised. Very clean. Kitchen and both baths seem newly remodeled. Everything I needed was available in the kitchen , washer and dryer in the condo were super convenient. We were within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Bus to Aspen was walkable too. We would stay here again.

Son’s 21st B-day Celebration!

Our experience @ Aspenwood was terrific. The team at I-Trip was considerate and very helpful. They responded to our inquiries and needs; helping us with the heat & the grill. We appreciated having the informative app for details about the condo and Snowmass. The location of the condo was superb and the condo was true to the online photos. It had a well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. Thank you for making our 1st Snowmass experience so much fun. We look forward to returning.

Great Spot- clean and comfortable- especially the primary bedroom. ( did not use loft) . Had everything we could have needed. Our daughter and son-in-law stayed with us and we loved the seating in the living room for sitting around with our coffee in the morning . Nice modern baths. The pool and hot tub were right outside the unit and we enjoyed them every day. The stairs were steep and definitely took some getting used to as we were still adjusting to the altitude but we managed. Perfect location for the wedding events we attended at the Viewline Hotel and for all of the shopping and dining in Snowmass. All walkable. Would definitely stay here again!

Aspenwood

I would not recommend staying here or with iTrip. We got to the unit and the TV wouldn’t work. The iTrip co-worker came and tried to fix it and it didn’t work. He then brought back a TV from their office which was a 20” screen. That TV didn’t work either. Then, then brought us a new one which finally worked. Next, one of the smoke detectors was going off throughout the night, needed new batteries. I had to reach out to the iTrip team and they came and replaced the batteries. Next, the grill in the pool area was disgusting. Not only did it not work, it was literally caked in grease and grime. Reached out to iTrip and they said that was an HOA issue. Lastly, the loft above the spare you cannot sleep in unless you like sleeping in 90 degree temps. I had the window open and it did not cool down at all. Therefore, I slept on the coach all 5 nights. Not a good experience!

Zach,I want to take a moment to respond to your feedback regarding your stay at Aspenwood J17. When issues were brought to our attention, our team worked to address them as quickly as possible. We were able to replace the malfunctioning TV you reported on your arrival the next day by 2 PM with a TV that we drove to purchase at Costco an hour and a half away. Upon notification the evening of Christmas Day that the common area grill was inoperable we immediately contacted the HOA to address the problem. When the smoke detector beeping was reported at 4PM we were able to correct this within an hour. I do wish we had heard about the heat issue in the loft during your stay. We would have responded as we did to the other reported items to see if we could solve the problem and make you more comfortable. We are truly disappointed we were not able to meet your expectations during your stay and disappointed to receive such a low rating. - Paddy Allen iTrip Aspen Snowmass
