Summary:
If you’re looking for a sea change or a tree change, this home is the perfect combination of both. Right in the heart of Moffat Beach, this house is the best place for a much-needed seaside stay. The kids will love exploring the leafy, sunlit backyard with its own cubby house and tree swing. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a tasteful interior, designed with comfort in mind. This home makes holidaying as a family easier than ever and the hardest part of staying here will be packing your bags to leave!

The Space:
As you enter through the front door, the relaxed ambiance and coastal feel of the home is immediate. The well-equipped kitchen is the first thing you will notice as it extends to an open plan living area complete with a four-seater couch and two armchairs. There is also a separate living area to the right of the front door so the kids can enjoy their own space. This room also doubles as an extra bedroom as the sofa converts to a double bed and the doors can be closed for privacy. The downstairs space of the home features a modern bathroom with a shower-bath. Opening to a leafy, sunlit backyard, the living area extends out to a spacious deck that is perfect for entertaining. Enjoy a family BBQ with outdoor dining for six as you watch the kids explore the tranquil garden, cubby house and tree swing. Upstairs you will find a king-sized master bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite that invites an abundance of natural lighting as it overlooks the enchanted garden below. The second bedroom is playfully designed and features two, single-sized bunk beds for the kids. The third bedroom has a queen bed and is tastefully designed with artwork and décor. There is also an upstairs bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet.

Open plan living:
Open plan living room, kitchen, and dining with seating for 6. The kitchen has an island bench with 4 barstools and is fully equipped with all the appliances you could need. The outdoor deck overlooking the tranquil garden has dining for 6 as well as 4 lounge chairs to relax with your morning coffee. The main living area features a 4-seater couch, 2 armchairs and a smart TV.

Master/Bedroom 1:
King bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite and air-conditioning.
Ensuite: Vanity, shower, and a toilet.

Vanity, shower-bath, and toilet

Bedroom 3: Two single bunk beds, air-conditioning, kids’ toys.

Bedroom 4: Pull out, double sofa bed, doors that close for privacy, ceiling fan with air-conditioning right outside the door.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park in the carport (lowest 240cm, highest 280cm). There is a small self-contained unit in the backyard that is locked, this is not available for guest access. The driveway has space for two parked cars and there is an abundance of free street parking.

The Neighborhood:
Moffat Beach in Caloundra has a distinct vibe that differentiates it from its more famous neighbours like Kings Beach & Dicky Beach. While Moffat isn’t a patrolled beach & you’ll need to be wary of the waves, the inlet of Tooway Creek offers family-friendly swimming. Dicky beach is an easy stroll across the sand for patrolled swimming between the flags. All throughout the area you will find upbeat shops and cafes, plenty within walking distance of the house.

Getting Around:
The closest beach (Moffat Beach) is 250m away (5-minute walk) and is great for a beach-walk, surfing, kite surfing or paddle boarding. The home is central to lots of activities and attractions:
Maroochydore airport is a 25-minute drive
- Brisbane airport is a 65-minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 30-minute drive
- Kawana Shopping World & Cinema is a 15-minute drive
- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 10-minute drive
- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 15-minute drive
- Downtown Caloundra is a 5-minute drive
A 30-minute car trip will take you to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, or Noosa National Park, the Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore!

Other Things to Note:
*The main living area (off the dining room) has a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, if you wish to have access to this and it setup for your arrival please book for 8 guests. The living room with the sofa bed doors can be shut.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

Spacious relaxing home

This property was well located , walking distance to Moffatt beach . It is pet friendly & has a gray yard for your pet.It was a cool & well ventilated home with air conditioning in all rooms. Really enjoyed our time at this property. The agents were excellent to deal with.

Beautiful Beach House

The house is beautifully decorated and instantly relaxing with modern and comfortable furniture, aircon, luxurious bathrooms, beds and bedding and two wonderful living rooms. The beautiful deck and outlook to a lush garden meant that all five of us had a lovely holiday with places to gather together or have quiet time apart. The kitchen was well stocked with all a cook would need. Thank you to the owners and Welcome Ready for a lovely holiday.

Nothling street

Good location. Welcome ready employee present on our arrival working on the front door (with screwdrivers) digital lock because it was broken, but she was awesome and very apologetic. Main couch covering very stained as well as marks on walls. We were worried we would be blamed for them. The rain water tank ran out of water whilst staying (we only knew due to the pressure pump constantly cutting in and out) so we did the right thing and refilled a portion of the tank with the hose provided. We closed off all rooms we did not want to use to help the cleaner. Nice house, but felt we left it cleaner than we arrived. Kind regards.
