This wonderful waterfront holiday house features four bedrooms, main bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk in robe, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, third bedroom has 2 single beds & 4th bedroom has 1 double bed, bathroom with separate toilet & 2nd bathroom with shower & toilet.

Modern contemporary kitchen with quality appliances, dishwasher, microwave, spacious dining room & a comfortable lounge room overlooking the sun room onto the canals, ducted air conditioning throughout, large outdoor entertaining area overlooking the canals perfect for that morning coffee or afternoon BBQ. Laundry with washing machine & dryer. Triple lock up garage/breezeway ideal for launching the boat down into the canal to your own private jetty. (Please note the owner also has a boat tied to the jetty). There is 2 bicycles & 2 kayak's for guest use. FREE WIFI. LINEN INCLUDED.

Great way to spend a relaxing holiday, fish from your own front door, launch your boat, kayak or stand up paddle board & enjoy Port Macquarie's beautiful waterways.

This wonderful holiday house is just a short drivel to Settlement City shopping centre, cafes, restaurants, entertainment facilities and is closeby to Port Macquarie's beautiful beaches.

Local attractions include beaches, beautiful coastal walks, surfing, camel rides, horse riding, fishing, golf, The Glasshouse, Koala Hospital, movies, Sea Acres Reserve, whale watching, river cruises, jet boating, sea plane, sky diving, wineries, breweries, macadamia farm, Ricardo's tomatoes and strawberry picking, restaurants, cafes, bars, country drives, waterfalls, bush walking, bowling, day spas.......

This property suited our needs perfectly. The location on the canal was very relaxing and it was lovely to eat outside overlooking the water. We did not have the hustle and bustle of being in the centre of town but were not too far away either. The use of the kayaks and bikes was an added bonus. Would recommend for families.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the canals at Port Macquarie. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved having access to the jetty, the kayaks and the bikes. It was a very convenient location and we were able to walk to a great pub, the shops and even the main park for NYE fireworks. Everyone had a great time.
