The perfect base for exploring Port Macquarie.

Light and cosy two-bedroom apartment in a small and quiet complex. Perfect for that relaxing in-town holiday on the Coast. Located a short 450m to the CBD, 190m to the Break wall and only 900m to Town Beach.

This two-bedroom unit is located on the first floor overlooking the caravan park to the ocean. Tastefully decorated this unit is bright and airy.

The unit has 2 bedrooms with a queen in the main and 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom, all linen is included. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the lounge area.

The large balcony opens onto the lounge area and the main bedroom, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washing machine, Complimentary Wi-Fi and a single carport.

Bedding: Queen in the main bedroom, 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom, all linen included.

Relaxing vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All the conditions mentioned in the ad are there; it's just like being in my own home. There's everything I need, down to the smallest detail, like detergent and fabric softener to wash everything. The only minor issue is that you have to climb a few steps to get to the apartment, but even with my limitations of not climbing many stairs, it wasn't a big problem.

It is roomy with a large balcony with chairs to sit and relax. There are glimpses of water and the sound of the ocean. Despite being behind the caravan park it’s a great location for shops, restaurants, boardwalk and town beach. The kitchen has equipment but does not have anything like salt pepper oil etc so you’ll need to bring all ingredients if cooking. The washing machine is handy and has small amounts of laundry powder. It was easy to get keys even though we arrived late Saturday night.

Reviewer Comments: The apartment itself was wonderful, but as 1st impressions do count, some tender loving care needs to be given to the entrance experience. From the allocated parking space the first thing you see is discarded junk under the stairs and an unclean open toilet. Once you start to walk up the stairs all you can see is torn dirty old carpet. This impression fills you with dread before you open the front door. You're naturally thinking "what the **** have we rented". Once you open the door everything is wonderful. The place is bright and cheerful, the location is great. We enjoyed our stay but as I said, the entrance is a first impression nightmare.

Beds were very comfortable and all within minutes walk to shops and waterfront. Bonus of undercover parking included. Love this place and it’s location in Port Macquarie.
