Brillamment situé sur le promontoire au-dessus de Town Beach, cet appartement ensoleillé de trois chambres de taille généreuse est situé dans le complexe populaire d'Akuna. Le balcon s'étend sur toute la longueur de l'unité, avec toutes les chambres s'ouvrant sur le balcon.

Offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan et la plage, salle de bains attenante à la chambre principale, cuisine moderne avec lave-vaisselle, barbecue, garage simple avec accès à distance et piscine dans le complexe. Cet appartement a tout le confort de la maison, idéal si vous êtes après une pause reposante - la chambre principale est située à l'extrémité séparée de la chambre un et deux. Le LIN est également fourni avec cet appareil.

Perfect home base

We loved everything starting with the great location, close to town and beaches, and with beautiful views. Great size, layout and setup, it felt generous and welcoming. It's an older building but it has aged well. We watched the sunrise every morning.

Not too bad

The place was reasonable in terms of tidiness and location but it has to be said it is rundown. And when the lift went out of service that was the pits.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Akuna. The location was perfect for us, only a short walk to the beach for the kids. The apartment had plenty of space to spread out and had pretty much everything you needed (byo potato masher 😅). The pool was great!. There were only a few things that made it fall just short of perfect for us. The fridge and bin cupboard were not wiped out after the last guests, the balcony and BBQ need a serious deep clean and the cockroaches need to be evicted. We will most likely rebook next time we visit Port. I have already recommended to a friend.

Great location and views

An older unit, not recently updated, but it is large and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay within walking distance to the main street shops and restaurants.

No air conditioning Poor heating- only one small oil heater for entire apartment Lights-1 flickering in lounge, several out including outside light for barbecue area Barbecue was filthy and never been cleaned Fly screen on main bedroom window was banging in the wind and kept us awake all night Very small garage was difficult to park Kitchen cupboard door where bin located doesn't close The onsuite shower door requires attention. Overall disappointed with standard of accomodation Felt it was overpriced considering how old and outdated it was.

Stayed 5 nights at Akuna 14. Great experience, the apartment was perfect for size and location. 10min walk to Port City Bowling Club , ocean views. Old Style apartment but very clean and very spacious.

everything you need!

Big 3 bed unit, with comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen supplies and close to everything. Big enough to have another family around for a meal and still have space to spare. Style of the unit is old, but furniture and beds are in good condition with a range of comfort options. Television in each of the double bedrooms and in the lounge room. Big balcony with views out to the ocean which you can see the pool from. Lovely ocean breeze blowing most of the time. A great stay, would recommend.

Such a well stocked apartment, literally didnt need to take anything. I have never stayed in an apartment that is that well stocked with kitchen, cleaning, linen etc. Only downfall was the carpet was quite dirty. However that didnt matter when I realised I could cook anything I wished. The apartment itself is also massive. Plenty of room for the 7 of us that stayed there. Would definately stay therr again and again.
