We had a good time staying at this home in Ruidoso. The place was spacious and had everything we needed. We wanted to use the jacuzzi, but it was a bit too cold. The only issue we had was when we first got there and we had a decent difficulty time opening the lockbox to get the key. I called and they were very helpful. The place could have been a little more clean, there were spots that looked dusty, but overall, it was a comfortable place to stay.

The stay was good. Communication with property manager was super quick and very attentive. Quality of mattresses in all rooms was awesome. It could have been cleaner and some dining seating outdoors would have been great to have. But overall, the home is good for large groups.

it was ok

the air conditioner was not working effectively. not sure if it was set at a certain temperature or not. we had to open windows to cool the house. The lock was kind of hard to open. The bed I slept in was too hard and made lots of Noice when you moved.but overall the house was beautiful, the views were breath taking. Lots of deer in the area which was wonderful. great trails for walking.

Great location

The location was great and the view, beautiful. There were 9 of us in total and having a bunk bed for the littles was convenient..Overall a nice place. However, the back door does not open from the outside so if you close it behind you you’re stuck outside until someone opens it from the inside, dishes were still dirty so we had to rewash what we were using, the dishwasher was very gross and almost coming out of the spot completely, grill was very dirty as well. The beds need updating, they were extremely uncomfortable and the bed that my husband and I slept on was very squeaky. Also, the tv in the back room did not work.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - The back door has now been fixed. This hadn’t been reported previously, so we really appreciate you letting us know. - We have someone inspect the home before each stay, but water spots on dishes can be unavoidable. We will remind our cleaning team to double-check the dishes, dishwasher, and grill more thoroughly. - A designer recently updated the furniture throughout the home. We will take another look at the beds to ensure they are comfortable and squeak-free. - We also checked the TV in the back room and made sure it is working properly for future guests. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate your feedback and look forward to welcoming future guests for an even better stay!

Fun Times In the Pines

The house space and property location were the best features of this stay. Cleanliness was sub-optimal upon arrival and the house appeared dated and unkept. Some kitchen drawers were broken and were not able to slide or close properly. Roof shingles and debris were thrown by the hot tub area, perhaps from the needed roof repairs. The bath tubs do not have plug stops, so if you have kids that take baths - bring your own or consider showers. The beds/mattresses were old and uncomfortable. For the price of the stay I expected more quality from the basic accommodations.

Nice house for everyone to stay comfortably.

Very spacious, home was stocked with all needed amenities. Home was close to town and comfortable. Spacious rooms and closet space. Large driveway and multiple access roads to the house.
