Located within Mantra Resort at Salt Village, this gorgeous top floor apartment is calling! North-facing to ensure all day sun and light, this unit is located at the beach-end of the resort with panoramic vistas over the park and ocean. Enjoy all that Mantra has to offer including swimming pools (one heated), tennis courts, gym and restaurants.

This unit is a studio "Hotel Room" configuration complete with King bedroom, tea/coffee facilities, spa bathroom and private balcony with ocean views.

All the resort’s amenities are available for your enjoyment. Take a dip in the lagoon-style pool, relax in the soothing heated rock-pool and spa, or play with the kids in the wading pool. Work out at the resort’s gym, have a hit on the tennis court or be pampered at the day spa. The resort’s Surge restaurant serves lunch overlooking the pool, while other Salt Village restaurants are open for dinner.

The unit truly is a coastal sanctuary, with stunning ocean views from the balcony, bedroom and living room - plus easy, direct access to the beachfront.

Configuration:

This is considered a ‘hotel room’ and is a studio layout. 
1 x King bed (can be separated into 2 singles on request).
1 x bathroom with bath.
Kettle, coffee machine, bar fridge (no cooking facilities).
Smart TV - you can log into your own streaming services.
1 x balcony with ocean and park views.
Air conditioned.
Free Wi-Fi.

The unit is privately owned and managed, which means you cannot check-in at resort reception. However all other resort facilities are at your disposal. We live locally and are available 24/7 to check you in and assist in any way we can. We like to meet our guests where possible to hand over keys and show you the resort. However sometimes this is not possible and we will provide lockbox details at our office.

Check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am. We can sometimes be flexible with this, depending on other bookings.

There is no parking provided with this apartment. There is abundant street parking around Salt Village.

Stunning Salt Village is no longer one of Australia's best-kept secrets! This gorgeous little beachside town has become a national favourite - with good reason! Located just five minutes south of Kingscliff, 20 minutes drive from Gold Coast Airport and 40 minutes drive from Byron Bay, it is a place where you feel a million miles away - but are actually so close to everything you need!

Salt Village is a community with a relaxed, yet trendy vibe. Think picnics in the park, funky eateries, stunning waterways and plenty of sunshine to play all day!

Salt offers an array of restaurants and cafes, retail stores and beauty salons, plus a convenience store. Kingscliff and Casuarina are both so close should you need more amenities such as supermarkets, chemists, butchers etc.

Cudgen Creek, with its pelicans and bird life, is a few minutes away for fishing, kayaking or stand up paddle boarding activities.

One of the best features of the region is the beachside boardwalk that runs from Kingscliff in the north to Cabarita in the south. It's a perfect way to walk/jog/cycle and see the sights of the local region.

Private let of Hotel Room

We were disappointed with the size of the room and patio, compared to what we had seen online. We did not know we were booking a privately owned hotel room. The cleaners forgot to put pillow cases on and we didn't discovered until 9pm. Next morning we rang the manager and it was quickly remedied it. with a nice apology.
