Great, pet-friendly location and great walkability to windmill beach. We brought our dogs which is why we chose this property. Unfortunately, previous pets/owners seemed to not be as respectful of the cute hime- lots of old pee stains and spots on rugs and furniture- however, it was clean otherwise. Lots of space outdoors, nice fire-pit, outdoor shower, and big spacious living room. Some TVs did not work and some kitchen basics (such as can openers) needed to be replaced/did not work.

We enjoyed our time here

This was a great central location to explore Cape Cod. It was roomy and had a nice yard. Please note..linens are not included.

Perfect getaway

The house was spotless when we checked in. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was friendly. Perfect to walk with the kids.

Summer stay

Very cute summer cottage. We were very comfortable and were happy we could bring our dog. Backyard very nice and loved the gas fireplace. Had what we needed for our stay. Nice neighborhood for walking.

Easy stay at the Cape

This is our second time sraying at this property and everything went so smoothly. We got an early check-in and everything was just as we remember it. We were really close to shopping, grocery store, coffee shops, and of course, the beach. We had all the necessities and it was very simple, but it was everything we needed. We're already looking forward to next year!

Entering the home we found it to be absolutely immaculate in all rooms. Living spaces were spacious The negatives were There was no place for food storage. Only given 1 bag for trash. Remote instructions while simplistic were difficult when actually using remote in living room. Extremely frustrating every time we wanted to watch tv

Each guest is provided with a guest starter bag, with starter items like toilet paper , paper towels, 2 trash bags, dish detergent etc. It does fall to the guests to provide anything needed after they have depleted the guest welcome bag. We appreciate you feedback on the home and will share this with the home owner to improve for future guest experiences.
