Steps away, the sleek and fully equipped chef's kitchen is a dreamy place to whip up a quick bite or multi-course meal. The open-plan dining room seats ~16 around the elegant table, while the kitchen island with stools is an ideal station for cocktails and snacks.

Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full)

Spread out over the first and second floors, the choices range from master king and queen bedrooms, to regular bedrooms with a king bed or two full-size beds. Each bedroom's Transitional style décor—with its contemporary lines, warm textures, and the occasional pop of color—is chic and welcoming. Appointed with the finest materials, the spacious master suites offer tubs and showers, double sink vanities, and walk-in closets.

• Guests have access to the Villatel Village Event Center, including fitness classes, food experiences, and ticketed events.
• Guests also have access to community amenities at Solterra including tennis courts, lazy river, and fitness center.
