Welcome to the Edgewater Retreat! This luxury riverfront villa offers a truly unique riverfront vacation rental experience directly on the shore of the Guadalupe River in Canyon Lake, right in the heart of The Texas Hill Country. Bask in tranquility & relaxation on the outdoor deck overlooking the river & enjoy the view from the comfort of the living room, game room, & bar area equipped with dual big screen TVs! This vacation rental is ideal for large groups&families looking for fun in the sun!

The Space:

Plenty of room awaits as this stunning waterfront home consists of six private bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The spacious living room hosts a large comfy couch, 75-inch TV, and four armchairs with a spectacular view of the river. The fully equipped kitchen consists of a side-by-side refrigerator, built-in cooktop, oven, and microwave for your cooking convenience. You may also utilize the outdoor grill for cooking. Edgewater Retreat is the perfect location for entertaining a large group while soaking in the breathtaking views of the Guadalupe River. This luxury villa is also an ideal space for corporate retreats, meetings, and events! Inquire today!

Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1250 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $79.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

This place was amazing. We attended a wedding at the Preserve. This place was close, suitable for three family with kids, separate rooms off the main entertaining space. Kids loved the hot tub.Would definitely rent again.

Thanksgiving Retreat

Amazing property and well accommodates a large group. The layout is wonderful common areas for visiting and eating, but with private retreats for in suite rooms. We will definitely return to this property.

Canyon Lake

We had a great time at Canyon Lake! We enjoy floating the River. The property was clean and easily accommodated our group of 14 people. Management was quick to respond when repairs were needed. We hope to stay again!

Getaway on the river

Everything was amazing with the house. The property could have been mowed and cleaned a little. Hot tub needs to be checked and regulated before new tenants arrive. Overall great house and location. We would definitely rent again.

Weekend getaway

Nice place, wish there were more cups and dishes in the game room kitchen. Trash is up a long hill. Lots of bugs but once it was cleared out it was fine. More wash clothes, kitchen towels, better paper towels and towel paper. The river was beautiful and the outdoor space was perfect. One room smelled like mold but there were enough beds to move around. All the pillows were very large and not for sleeping. There were no small bed pillows, everyone used the smallest decorative pillows to sleep . Very uncomfortable. Those are just little suggestion for a 6k for the weekend.

Beautiful Property Just Needs Cleaning

We spent a week here with a family of 14. The property layout and outdoor area was great! The bedrooms are not attached to the main living rooms, which gave everyone their own space and bathrooms. Our whole family enjoyed the dock to the river and outdoor seating areas. Overall, the property needed some attention and deep cleaning. Even the hot tub was pretty green when we got there. The kitchen wasn’t as well stocked with simple items like mixing bowls. We cooked a lot, so we kept needing certain items that weren’t there. The internet was very spotty, but I understand that it might be the area. There are tvs in every room, but they only worked in the living room. They sent someone to fix it but he wasn’t able to. The floors were broken in and around the kitchen. Hoping they can get these things fixed because the property is awesome!
