Wildwood is a charming, 3 bedroom classic weatherboard cottage
set on private and leafy 1/2 acre bush block.

An enjoyable level stroll to the beach, cafe, fine dining restaurant
and Arboretum along with world class bush walking trails at your
doorstep.

Relax whilst listening to the wildlife and ocean from the front and
back decks and in the open plan kitchen.

In the cooler months enjoy the cosy slow combustion fire both in
the lounge and a romantic open fire in the main bedroom.

The Space:
* 3 Bedrooms - 2 with queen beds, 1 with single
* Spacious dining table for 8
* Air conditioning (reverse cycle) located in living room
* Well appointed kitchen with dishwasher
* Outdoor table and BBQ on the north facing deck
* 1 internal bathroom + 1 external toilet
* 2 fireplaces to keep you warm during the cooler months
* Outdoor hot and cold shower for a rinse after the beach
* Garden boasting native flora and seasonal produce including
herbs and fruit for you to enjoy.
* Surrounded by bush and a variety of native animal.
* Wifi
* Internal laundry with dryer
* 6 minute walk to the beach, including rock pool, general store, or
to enjoy a coffee/ meal at the cafe or indulge in fine dining at
Amalfi.
* Linen provided (just bring your beach towels)
* 8 minute drive or 3km (one way) bushwalk to Patonga to enjoy a
meal at The Boathouse or catch the ferry to Palm Beach.
* 5 minute walk to Pearl Beach Arboretum
* not suitable for children under 5yrs
* 6-10 minute drive to Umina and Ettalong for supermarkets, retail
and a larger range of cafes and restaurants.
* There is a locked shed located at the back on the property with
the owners belongings
* We are lucky to share this space with wallabies, echidnas,
lizards, snakes and an abundance of birds including a few bugs ad
spiders. Please be gentle.
* Driveway parking only with a footbridge to take you to the front
door.

As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask
