New House, Sub-Division

House is obviously new, and nice. Located in a subdivision with close neighbors on all sides. Area was quiet, and house is on dead-end street, so traffic was minimal. Kitchen had all we needed. Baths had ample towels.

Great place to stay in Bowling Green KY

The home was just as it appeared in the listing. New home in a subdivision of new homes. Very clean. Well maintained. Stocked with everything we needed. Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping on Scottsdale Road. Quick access to interstate highways. Working with the owner was very easy also. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Bowling Green KY.

Great Property

This property was super clean and in the perfect stop for us as we were attending LS Fest in Bowling Green. The house was very cozy and tastefully decorated. Beds were very comfortable which is always a plus when you are out and about all day that you can come back and get a goods night sleep. Check out direction and recommendations for there area were very clear and helpful. The only thing i would add is that it would be nice to have a new more basic kitchen utensils for cooking, some dish soap and a counter cleaner. These are only recommendation not anything negative at all. Would definitely consider this home again in the future.

Very clean, having the garage was great, dog friendy is a plus!

The house itself is as described, easy check in and out. Pros: 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and utensils, and the bbq grill Cons: walk in shower has a bench wherr you step in and the other side is blocked with the toilet. Minimal street parking. We did have a truck and trailer so when we parked, we blocked the driveway to get to the garage. The neighbors did not allow us to park in front of their home, even to get out to move the truck and trailer to park in the garage. This would be a great house for a couple with children and a single vehicle. It just didnt work well for our 5 adults.

We’re also pleased that the check-in and check-out process was smooth and that you enjoyed the 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and BBQ grill.- We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with parking. The design of the property can indeed be challenging for larger vehicles and trailers. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with the neighbor’s reaction when you tried to park in front of their house. Unfortunately, my neighbors have expressed concerns about short-term rentals in the neighborhood, and as a result, the listing has been updated to be available for monthly rentals going forward.- Regarding the walk-in shower, it is designed with a bench and the toilet positioned nearby. While this setup hasn't been an issue for previous guests, we appreciate your feedback.- Thank you again for your review and for staying with us. We hope you find the perfect accommodations for your next trip.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Clean, quiet, roomy, comfortable

This place easily sleeps 6 comfortably. Located inside a quiet neighborhood with access to the interstate to head any direction. Bowling Green, Nashville, Mammoth Caves, Church Hill Downs, etc. Close enough to town without being in town. The rooms are far enough apart not to hear each other and the kitchen has everything you need. The living/dining rooms connect to the kitchen bringing the entire family together. Great place to stay. Clean, quiet, comfortable and since I got hurt ended up spending more time inside that preferred but best to be comfortable if you have to.

WOW!!!

My sons and I came down for LS Fest. When we arrived at the house I was so surprised. This place was brand new and gorgeous inside and out. Nicely decorated and obviously clean as a pin. Easy access to food and even close to the National Corvette museum. One hour from Nashville also. HIGHLY recommend this place. Perfect for a family on vacation.

Weekend Getaway

This property was the best place for a weekend getaway. Everything was as described! My friends and I enjoyed ourselves but wish we had a grill to enjoy the beautiful backyard. We would definitely stay her again.

A great home! New and clean. Perfect layout for guests to have their own space but also large room for visiting. Good accessibility with one story and walk in shower for our elderly dad.
