Went to Bowling Green for our nephew’s graduation. The townhouse is exactly as pictured on the website and located in a complex with many other short term rentals. Our 8 month old grandson was with us, and everything was great. His pack-n-play even fit into the closet area so lots of bedroom space. We were close to restaurants and shopping, and about a 10min drive to just about everything in Bowling Green. We will stay here again when our other nephew graduates.

Very Affordable rental

Place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The stairs were steep but manageable for us older folks.

Good place

The property was good overall, however I have two complaints one there were nails sticking out of the carpet on the steps that my 4 year old found by stepping on them which in turn caused her foot to bleed. And dog poop in the backyard.

Great spot

My mom and I had a long weekend in this property. Only cons were we are sensitive to smells and every room was loaded up with plug-in air fresheners; we had to put them outside until we left, and the smells linger. There was also no detergent or dishwasher soap, but we just let the host know we had to hand-wash the dishes - as far as I know, we were not penalized. The place is very well stocked with an assortment of things, like plenty of towels, dishes/ utensils, a hair dryer. It was great for what we needed.The location is perfect if you have any business out on the Scottsville Road end of town - it turned out to be very close to my father's nursing home. There is a Waffle House and roller rink right across the street (tempting, ha ha) and a donut shop a few doors down. Endless food options on Scottsville Rd and the mall is close.
