Wonderful, easy accommodation

It was a wonderful accommodation with lots of space and it was such an easy check-in process. The host is very accommodating and very responsive to any queries.

Spacious and comfortable

Our stay at this property was a handy quiet location to freeway and suburbs. We were delighted that we could bring our dog and feel safe with the enclosed backyard. Very comfortable beds and lovely shower. A few more bowls for breakfast would help.

Great weekend

Ideal position, enough room and no problems except a slight plumbing leak that needs fixing with shower. If we return next year will be booking the house.

This property was great for our weekend of Basketball, it's in a great quiet location, close to all shops / amenities and is very roomy (we had a family of 5 staying there) it is also clean and cozy. The heater worked a treat especially in the cold Melbourne weather. Everything we needed was supplied and the host was very responsive to all my questions. I hope that next time we come back to Melbourne we can stay here again

large enough for us all to spread out, kids enjoyed the back yard.

Nice size House, Missing Tea Towels, Main roof air-con didn't work, so 2 rooms had no air-con, only fans. Very nice area to stay, very close to where we needed to be. Thank you

First of all, Thank you for stay. However, If you have checked the description, we have stated there are one aircon in living area, 2 portable aircon and 3 fans. The main roof one is ducted heater and it works well.

Great for larger groups

We had to stay in Melbourne from interstate for a family wedding and this property more than met our needs. Great communication with owner when we had to add another guest to the booking. Definitely not a fancy property, so if you are looking for the luxury getaway, this property wouldn't be for you, however having said that, it is located in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, a short walk to the bakery, cafe, takeaway and foodworks.

Great space and location

Great space and location. Beds sorry were terrible. No guts. Mattress too thin and only a double. Master room should have a queen. Great sized backyard. Bathrooms need redoing as mould couldn't get off shower floor. Also chose because we believed there was a garage or driveway. There wasn't. Would I stay again. Not sure. Probably not, we actually left a day earlier because of the beds and bathroom mould. Owner easy to communicate with. Not a bad experience but if you can move past bed and mould, Great space and location. Sorry but I'm being honest.

As we have mentioned in the listing details, it is an old house, our cleaner have done best to make it tidy and clean. However it will never be as good as a brand new house. The bed in master room is a queen if you have measured. We have listed all bed details on VRBO. I can barely lift the mattress in the master room, which I don’t think it is think. There is a garage. It is manual tilt-up-down type of garage door. If you could have checked the floor plan on the listing, it is very easy to find out the house layout as well. Thanks anyway for staying with us.

I have stayed in plenty of properties through Stayz and this is by far the most disappointing property.Fix the front door.List your linen status correctly. 1 fitted sheet per bed is not adequate. If listed that way then we could have brought extra. When listing towels supplied, face washers should be supplied.Supply some cookware that is clean and that looks like you can use it.Fix some of the power points they are dangerous.Clean the place a bit better actually clean in the corners.TV were listed as smart TVs they were not.Fix the remote for the TV so it can work properly.Hot water service is not working properly.
