Gated Community Access & Fees

The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with

24-hour security.

A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable

directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur

additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.



Parking & Accessibility

Steep driveway with level parking for up to 3 vehicles

2 additional parking spaces available in front of the property
