Great property and we had a lovely stay. The host is friendly and really quick with communication. Would definitely recommend staying here. The property has all you could want and you are only a short walk from the beach. Our dog loved her stay too!

Incredible property. So well kitted out with all that you need for a relaxing week, including local ice cream in the freezer! Would give this place six stars if I could.

Great Location and comfortable stay!

Lovely property in a great location close to the beach. The fireplace was a great feature in winter and the dog friendly property was ideal for us. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for your hospitality Melissa!

In a quiet location just across the road from the beautiful 90 mile beach this wonderful cabin has everything you will need. We can not recommend this place highly enough.

Beautiful beachside cottage

Loved this lovely beachside cottage with its own front and rear yard, on-site parking. It was clean, comfortable and inviting. Our special guest was a senior dog who enjoyed his stay immensely. Great place to stay.

Relaxing weekend

Comfortable cottage right near the beach

This property is equipped with everything you need for a quiet getaway, suitable for any season. It is clean and well presented. Highlights were hearing the waves from the front veranda, and seeing the sky filled with stars at night.

Perfect little cottage

I love this part of Victoria and my stay, in this cozy cottage was so relaxing. The cottage has everything you need, a fenced yard for my dog to roam, a short walk to local shops, across the road from 90 mile beach, friendly neighbours and a fire for the cool nights. I felt very at home in this gorgeous little cottage.

Wonderful home away from home!

Our four day stay was fantastic, the cottage was cosy and welcoming with everything we needed for a care free and enjoyable break. We especially enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and our walks along the ocean were a daily highlight. We were so surprised by the abundance of local wildlife, we saw three echidnas, so many kangaroos and glorious red and green parrots frequented the back garden. Melissa was lovely to deal with, and her care for her guests is evident in all of the thoughtful touches throughout the cottage. We would highly recommend the cottage and would love to come back in the future!

Time to relax!

Just got back from my son’s wedding in Bali definitely needed a place to wind down before starting work again! Jumped on Stayz and found this cottage in Golden Beach! Just the ticket we are now refreshed and ready for work! Walks on the beach with our dog and a very cosy bed and everything you need to chill!

Beaut Spot for a Break

We enjoyed our three nights at this sweet and comfy cottage by the beach, having travelled from Adelaide to visit the Art Gallery in Sale for a special exhibition. We opted for a spot away from the town because we were travelling with our two pups and wanted a yard for them to stretch their legs that was secure so they could explore and spend time outside in safety. The beach was fabulous and a very short walk through the scrub. It was lovely to hear the sound of the waves at all times and to experience visits from the wild bunnies and the kangaroos. Its a quiet little spot, very peaceful. The cottage was clean and well stocked with a variety of amenities to keep us entertained, we opted for walks, reading and watching a series on Apple TV that we had been wanting to see when not in Sale enjoying the art. It was a nice surprise to have access to pantry items and a special gift basket of goodies to enjoy. We did sample a tub of the local ice cream from the freezer. Mellissa was easy to contact and has set up a lovely spot for visitors to the area. We enjoyed our stay and if we venture into this part of Victoria again, we would book the cottage again.
