House was dirty- smells badly of dogs- not all people like pets especially indoors, and needed some maintenance on front door lock, aircon beading water on vents and dripping all over the floor, upstairs main bathroom sink drained VERY slowly.

Excellent accomodation and a short walking distance to beach -and shops nearby

Fantastic for large family gatherings with both the main house and the studio house - we didn’t want for anything and we had lovely weather and an early checkin and a late checkout - so thank you for our great weekend .

Wonderful weekend away

The house was spacious and comfortable. Everyone has such a nice time even with the rain. The shops and restaurants was a great convenience and the beaches spectacular.

Toowoon Beach House

An amazing home with excellent space and equipped with everything you could need for a week. Location and amenities were fantastic and the agents were very responsive and helpful. The only low rating we have was on cleanliness as the home wasn’t very clean inside and all the cupboards weee very dusty etc and vacuum cleaner was full of dirt. The cockroaches and ants inside the home and the guest house was a real disappointment which caused us to throw out lots of food. Internet connection upstairs was very slow so movie nights were a little frustrating but we had back up’s.

Family Holiday

We had 3 generations of Family stay at the Toowoon Bay Beach house and it was perfect. Great location, the house is beautiful and the separate living areas worked really well. We will be back!

Toowoon Beach House

We stayed to celebrate my Mums 70th and there were 15 of us ranging in age from 10-70! The house was amazing and made for such a beautiful celebration - styled lovely, clean and with a really beautiful vibe. We didn’t have great weather but with the beach so close managed afternoon beach walks and beach cricket. Even when it rained it was a pleasure just to be in the house playing pool and enjoying the surrounds. Cafes and restaurants across the road. Would recommend a stay here to anyone !

A lovelyhome in a great location.

We had a lovely weekend away with family. The home is perfect for kids and the studio was a great space for grandparents to get some quiet time and relaxe

Beautiful spacious property

Property was beautiful and check in and out times were very generous. It fit our group perfectly and the kids had heaps of room to play!

Amazing place very clean many features

This property had everything it advertised and more it was clean well presented everything worked with many accessories utensils and daylight. In all my years of I’m renting holiday places I’ve never come across an agent who looked after us as well as central coast stayz, highly recommended.
