We had a wonderful stay at Habbiniyah. The view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay extra special. It was a lovely place to relax, unwind and enjoy the surroundings. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend it to others.

We had an incredible stay at Habbaniyah! The beachfront location is absolutely unbeatable—having direct access to the sand made it so easy for the kids to jump between the surf and the grassed backyard. The house is beautifully renovated and comfortably handled our large group. We especially loved the heated spa and the PS5 kept the teenagers entertained while the adults enjoyed the views. It’s a perfect spot for a family getaway and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Weekend away

We had a gorgeous weekend in North Avoca! The house was stunning and location was perfect. Close to beach, good coffee, great restaurants and not a difficult drive from the airport. We absolutely loved it & will come again!

Great house awesome position. We had 14 people (7kids) and the house was big enough. Sitting in the spa watching the ocean a highlight. I would stay here every year if I could afford it!

A beautiful place where you can relax and enjoy the beach. The house was immaculate and well equipped. Our host was easy and pleasant to deal with. Fantastic location, easy walk to flag, shops and cafe.

5 star getaway

Habbanaya was excellent in every way. It didn’t disappoint and the whole family loved the spa and kids loved being able to run down to the surf. We were celebrating an 80th and a 40th so it was a very special occasion.

Long Weekend Getaway

Immaculate beach front, stylist holiday home. We really enjoyed the location. Bathrooms and living space were a little small. The Master bed was too small.

Can’t wait to visit again!

The house is fantastic – the décor, amenities, views and location. Loved walking straight onto the beach and such a treat to be able to listen/see the ocean all the time! A wonderful layout allowed the whole family to be comfortable and really enjoy the house. Kitchen was well stocked and each room had high end finishes. The split layout worked really well for the grandparents to have their own space and time out. Easy check in process with the host meeting you at the house, to run through any questions we had. Can’t wait to visit again!

Family get together so special

We had a great family 2 nights at this beautiful house. A very comfortable home for our family. It’s very hard to get our tribe together especially with one son and wife mainly overseas. The home was very clean. Our grandsons loved the surf beach outside our back door and they all loved the grassed area for our little ones to play lots of games. The spa was a hit and we tried our hardest to keep it clean from sand. Suggestion the outside shower should be at the back of the house near the spa instead of the shower near the garage. The televisions were great except the one in the flat which was not easy to program. Overall we loved the house and would definitely go back again.
