Washington Avenue "Dune Our Thing" Unit B
Washington Avenue Villas Unit B is a recently renovated and redecorated two-bedroom, one-bath vacation destination nestled in with three other villas, all surrounding a large heated swimming pool with sun deck located mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its Olde Florida charm. Beach access is just a short hop across Estero Boulevard to a 7-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities and to view the endless variety of sunsets. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square with all of its restaurants, clubs, and nightlife. One of the island's largest supermarkets and the upscale Bayfront Bistro are just a short car ride away. Amenities include central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, remote-controlled ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, and shared on-site laundry facilities.
Upon arrival, there is ample off-street parking. Enter through the furnished screened-in front porch and into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is beautiful wood flooring throughout, and décor is a beachy motif. The kitchen has a quartz counter space, a stainless-steel sink, and well-stocked cabinets with everything necessary to cook full-course meals if desired. Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, a 5-burner glass top range with a self-cleaning oven, a microwave oven, and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining area adjacent to the kitchen has a table seating four. This flows into the living area furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa and area rug, as well as a corner accent table and lamp. Opposite the sofa are two matching side chairs and a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV.
The first bedroom has a queen-size bed with nightstands and lamps, ample closet space, and a double dresser with a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstands and lamps, ample closet space, and a double dresser with a flat-screen TV. The hallway bath between the two bedrooms has a lavatory, commode, and a walk-in shower with a mini-tub.
For those with a group of friends or extended family, the other three units can be reserved at the same time.
