Great accommodation for a family of 4 and have some extra space to have local family visit. We were able to check in a little earlier do to flights arriving early morning. Thank you Annabelle and Katie. Just a fabulous visit! Highly recommend !

This property is convenient to everything in the Central Business District. Easy check-in, clean, excellent view, secure, indoor parking, etc, etc. We were very happy with every aspect of our stay.

Lovely Stay in Heart of Downtown Overlooking Harbor

This is an awesome 2 bedroom apartment with nice balcony and stunning view of harbor. Lots of restaurants below on lovely walkway at harbor. Rest of downtown attractions a short walk away. Very spacious kitchen and living/dining area. Nice master bedroom and bath. Very small second bedroom but can still sleep two (couch is comfortable for sleeping if needed). Second bathroom with shower was nice. There was a washer AND dryer in the apartment, which was nice. Underground parking included which was great. Only mild frustration was check in process. Just know ahead of time you go to an address next to the hotel to get your key (actually a pass card which works fine). You need to receive a code to get into an entryway/small lobby, which has several lock boxes, where you find yours, enter another code and get your key cards. This was a bit confusing so make sure you understand the process.

Hi - the overall stay and property was good. However, it’s the post checkout experience that I rated this property poorly. Firstly, a damage deposit was charged to my credit card (not just a hold) pre check in. There were no damages caused and I thought the damage deposit would be automatically refunded back to my account soon after check out which was not the case. I had to follow up with the host several times and wasn’t receiving any responses until finally I sent the host photos of the property I have taken at check in & check out to prove the condition. I received the refund of the damage deposit a month post check out which i don’t think it’s an acceptable timing especially given the dollar quantum. I really had to fight for the refund and it shouldn’t be on the customers to have to do so. Be careful if you book, take photos or else you may not see your money back. Secondly, I was further charged an additional amount post check out to my credit card. Albeit repeatedly following this up with the host to understand what it relates to, I have not received a response. There was no pre-authorisation I provided nor any communication what this charge relates to. I will escalating this further but be warned of the headaches you may have to deal with.
