Situated 3 km from Cambridge restaurants on a semi rural property. The room is suitable for guests who just need a bed and a base. Attached to the family home with separate entrance and covered off street parking right next to the room. Quiet private. Small kitchenette with fridge microwave and tea coffee making facilities. Tea and coffee provided. No cooking facilities. Your car space is right next to your entrance way under covered parking. Not visible from the road.

5 star bed - we’ve been around the world a few times and I think that the bed is one of the best we’ve slept in . Lovely little place, very clean, friendly and helpful host, and the afternoon chocolate brownies were serious good

A comfortable spot to have our overnight stay after visiting Hobbiton. Very welcoming and with lots of special touches—such as homemade brownies! Host very responsive and the space had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Nice place with a great bed but… very dusty. Hasn’t had a good vacuum for a while if you look at skirting boards. Very dusty blankets too. No where to do dishes was a little odd.

The perfect base for our stay in Cambridge. The room was spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable and tea and coffee making facilities well stocked with lots of variety. Parking is right outside the unit which made packing and unpacking a breeze. We didnt have the opportunity to meet the owner as we weren't at the property much as we were attending an event, but Rochelle had sent a friendly text the day before checking we were confident with our check in.Thank you for such a hassle free and pleasant stay.

Rochelle was very lovely and welcoming but also left me to my privacy. Communication was good, I received instructions on how to get to the accommodation in advance. The room was lovely and clean; it had so many options for breakfast which was great and also some lovely treats. I would recommend staying here and would stay again next time I am in Cambridge.

Close to Hobbiton Movie Set

We had great communication from our hostess. The bed was really comfortable and had a restful nights sleep between activities. Very cozy too so it was a surprise to wake to be in amongst the fog!
