Nice place' but the floor leaves black stains on the soles of your feet, and the in room smoke detector began chirping at 7am on checkout day.

Cozy gem

We loved this little cottage, it was perfect for our family of 3 (2 adults and a kid). You can't get closer to the ocean and the deck and picnic table extend the living space. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The cottage was clean and welcoming. It’s close to Provincetown, Days Market (our favorite), and other local restaurants/attractions. We will definitely be returning.

Fantastic experience!!!

It was such a cute cottage and felt very cozy. I think this place will always be my first go to when looking for somewhere to stay on the Cape. The staff was available to help at late hours of the night when we arrived and had trouble finding the cottage.

Cute Truro cottage

Thank you for a wonderful stay. This cute little cottage on the bay was exactly what we needed. Not a better location than this. Just one thing to take a look at. The light over the sink needs to be brighter. Good think we had a flashlight for cooking. We would stay again.

The cottage’s location is exceptional—right on the bay—with an incredible deck overlooking the water. The outdoor space is a highlight, offering plenty of seating, a picnic table, and a grill.However, the cottage itself is quite small and lacks adequate storage. There is virtually no space for clothing, as the limited dresser space is already filled with bedding and other household items used by the cleaning crew. There are no closets or alternative storage options. While there is a loft, it is primarily used for storage, and although it includes a pad that could serve as a bed, no sheets were provided.The unit is also showing its age, with worn paint, visible rust in places, and some leaking faucets. Given the condition and size, the price felt high.That said, the location is a major advantage. There is a free shuttle to Provincetown right outside, Highland Links golf course is just minutes away, and a variety of other activities are easily accessible.

Perfection!

We just adored this cozy cottage. To be right on the beach and be able to hang on the deck overlooking it was amazing. Everything looks to be remodeled and although it is small, it had everything our family needed. My girls loved hanging out in the loft. Airconditioning worked well. Bus takes you to PTown. Close to National Seashore beaches and bike trails. We will definitely stay again!

Place was tiny, much smaller than it looked in the pictures. Master bedroom had about one foot of space on one side of the bed to walk on. Sofa in living room was very uncomfortable to sit on with no end tables. Medicine cabinet in bathroom was over the toilet. All in all the space was very uncomfortable. The only plus was hearing the waves.

We are sorry you were not able to enjoy your stay at this waterfront cottage. It is a cozy cottage--says so in the listing. We also have the square footage noted. As with most Beach Point cottages, it is small, but comfortable by most accounts. And you can't beat the view, direct beach access, parking and exclusive-use deck.

Being right on the beach, next to the ocean was by far the best thing about this place. Sitting on the deck was just so relaxing and perfect! I would come back, but besides PTown, most everything else was 30-75 minutes away. That was the biggest downfall. Small space, but being right now to ocean made up for all that!
