Holi-day By The Sea is an Island hideaway perfect for your next adventure. Located mid-Island in Port Royal Village, this 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath townhouse, with a bonus room, offers space, comfort and a few surprises that will delight all!

The pristine galley kitchen is fully equipped and has a bistro table, two chairs and offers plenty of space for prepping picnics for those long lazy days on the beach. The living and dining area is open concept allowing everyone to be part of the fun. A large round dining table seats four to six comfortably and is perfect for those dine-in meals or game nights! The inviting and comfortable living space has a wall of windows that look out onto your private courtyard- a lovely spot to enjoy an early morning coffee or dining al fresco under the stars!

The first floor master suite is large and offers a view of the courtyard. Retreat in the updated en suite bath after a day of Island exploring.

Located on the second level is another large bedroom with en suite bath. The full size washer and dryer is conveniently tucked away at the top of the stairs and is such a treat to have when traveling. The bonus room is the perfect hideout for teens and children, giving them a little retreat all their own.

Great location and property

I stayed at this property for four nights while I had a conference at the Westin that was across the street. I brought five teenagers with me and they all stayed in the bedrooms upstairs and I stayed downstairs. The accommodations were very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, and we cook cooked most meals in the condo. I would definitely stay there again. The first night we did have an issue with the thermostat and somebody showed up at the condo within 30 minutes to take a look at it. So they were very responsive when needed.

First time vacation home rental

Our first time renting a vacation home and we were pleasantly impressed. The home is really beautiful and close to shopping, golfing, restaurants and the beach. Checking in was a breeze, no lines to check in or out. The host was great with any questions or concerns and always responded promptly. This was a great experience in a beautiful place and I’m sure I’ll be using VRBO and itrip for future vacations.

Great Stay

We spent 6 wonderful days at the comfortable and beautiful property. Near the many activities of Hilton Head and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great place!

Spent an extended Labor Day weekend of 2026 with my wife, our 18 year old his friend, and our 13 year old.Check in was so simple they just sent us a door code over text which was nice. Inside property was very clean, stocked well with toiletries, and cooking utensils, kitchen actually is bigger in person than it looks in pictures. Loved having the wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and balls. Short 5 minute walk to beautiful beach we love. Have to make drive for shops or food, it’s not near much that we saw.Labor Day was pretty busy on beach but the other days are pretty laid back not busy like we like, away from Coligny. Hose out front of property to wash our stuff off when we got back was nice. Community is very quiet hardly saw anybody out which we like, pool is close maybe 100 yards and good size when I was there we were the only ones. Master bed rooms were very spacious and beds were comfy, bathrooms were very nice furniture throughout house is luxurious heavy stuff not cheap. Went to open downstairs master bedroom patio door and handle came off looks like was missing a screw.The kids bedroom upstairs is perfect if you have young kids. Beds are pretty short for older or taller teenagers.The temperature difference from downstairs to upstairs was rough maybe 5 or 6 degrees just like my house if you want to be comfortable upstairs, downstairs will have to be freezing. Check out was simple like most places. Tidied up locked up and roll.Very pleased with the weekend! Great host!

Really really nice

Stayed here recently for a golf weekend with some friends. Nice quiet location with good access to everything. Enclosed patio was private and spacious which made it the evening hang out spot each night.

Wonderful stay!

My husband and our friends had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The villa was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped and it was nice not to have to bring our own beach chairs and wagon. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach. Having the Marriott and the Hilton nearby was great too for lunch and drinks! Also, the rental company was very responsive and helpful. Overall, a great stay and we would stay again!

Relaxing and Well Furnished

We had a wonderful stay at Holi-day by the Sea. The home is furnished with everything you need for a week of relaxation and fun in the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The short walk to the beach is filled with convenient sidewalks and beautiful flowers and foliage along the path. The location is perfect for exploring local sites and enjoying a variety of restaurants. My favorite spot to sit and enjoy the day was on the front or back patios depending on the time of day. We can't wait to visit again!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at Holi-day the Sea in Hilton Head Island! The place is quiet and spacious with two large primary bedrooms/bathrooms, a large kids room with bunk beds (more room for activities!), living room/dining room and a private patio. It's a short walk to the beach to see the ocean sunrise and sunset, and we enjoyed biking on the beach every day. Lots of dining options close by, and we really enjoyed shopping the local fish markets for the catch of the day. We can't wait to come back to this place with more family members and friends.

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely use this condo again!! Only difficulty was getting local channels on tv. TV was set up using internet which didn’t work at times. Very clean! Great location! Great communication with rental company!! Thank you for allowing us to stay here. We will be back!

Girls trip!

My best friend and I booked a girls trip at Holi-day by the Sea and we had the best time. The space was perfect for the two of us and well-supplied. We took full advantage of the close proximity to the beach (only about a 7 minutes walk). We enjoyed sunrise walks on the beach each morning. The condo had plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and a cart for us to use. We spent most of our trip relaxing on the beach and it was idyllic. The beach was perfect for people (and dog) watching without feeling crowded. The location was a quick drive to Fish Camp and the Crazy Crab which were delicious and had beautiful views of the lowland. When we chose to eat in, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We left feeling relaxed and stress free. We can't wait to make this an annual trip! 10/10 recommend!

Perfectly Appointed and Accomodating!

We had a lovely stay at Holi-day by the Sea! The space was perfect for my husband, two children, my mother, and me. We took full advantage of the close proximity to the beach. It was a quick walk and was no problem for my 5 year old and 7 year old. The place had everything that we needed for all the fun we had at the beach. We used the beach chairs, boogie boards, and cart and it was great not having to haul those items from home. We went out for meals a few times, but we mostly stayed in. The kitchen was well-stocked for meal prep and the table fit all 5 of us perfectly. We rented bikes for the week and the path was so close and easy for us to access. The place was just the right size for us. We were able to gather comfortably in the common areas, but also retreat to our private rooms when needed. My children especially loved their room. In all, I am looking forward to a future stay here!
