Great location! Located inside a golf community, the unit was perfect for four adults. Close to town and local points of interest. The condo was exceptionally clean. Communication with the owner was easy. We will definitely keep this property in mind for our next visit to Clayton, Georgia.

Over the top stay at this beautiful condo. Everything as represented or better. Great location, extremely quiet, extremely clean and well cared for. This is one of those places where the little things are noticeable. This is a great place to stay.

Wonderful Condo in Kingwood

Condo was well kept and perfect for a short term or long terrn stay! Loved the screend porch with view! Very quiet throughout the community. Would definiately stay here again!

Lovely Unit

Unit was decorated very nice. The internet kept going in and out, which made it difficult to communicate with friends and family. The host was helpful but limited on what they could do. The tv was streaming so that didn’t work either at times. The neighbors internet was working. So not sure what happened. Would Stay there again if visiting. Close to town. They need a DVD player and DVDs in case internet goes out. No cell Service. Everything works off WiFi.

Quiet and comfortable

All of the good. Very comfortable condo. Furniture, beds and the outside porch. No bath soap was strange. First time experiencing that. But, Walgreens was open and close by. No cable tv. If you don’t subscribe to a streaming service your nighttime viewing options will be limited. But, Clayton is a charming town. The condo is a very quiet and comfortable place to chill. And try having breakfast at the Rusty Bike. So good.

Perfect for a family

We enjoyed our stay so much! The location of the condo is ideal. We were able to visit Helen, Dillard, and Clayton easily. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I especially loved the gas fireplace!

Great condo. Convenient location on golf course. Easy drive to Clayton and surrounding areas. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Outdoor screened porch had relaxing furniture and eating table. Kitchen was well stocked. Master bedroom had direct access to screened porch. Would go again and recommend to friends. Jennifer earned rating as super host.

Comfy condo

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo was very clean, furnishings were very comfortable, and the amenities in the kitchen were all anyone should need. The only negative was the tv service, which was streaming. (We weren't use to this tv service.) We would definitely stay here again.
