This getaway is in a quiet neighborhood, right off of Hwy 441, just minutes from downtown Clayton where you can enjoy dining, locally owned shops, Tallulah Falls, Black Rock Mountain, Dillard House and other local attractions. It is perfect for families as it has 3 bedrooms, 1 baths and sleeps 4 comfortably.

Recently renovated house and just started to market as a short term rental (June 2023).

We love the proximity to town and the uncluttered living space of this place! The house has been very clean each time we’ve visited. We love the kitchen appliances and easy access to the laundry room. We will rent again!

Great Location. Great Home.

I had to visit Clayton on a quick work trip. The house is located fairly close to downtown. In a quite, nice neighborhood. Nicely remodeled house. I really had nothing to complaint about. Everything was kept simple but tasteful. Communication with Doug was geat. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. I will defenetly come back if need it. A++ oh only thing I encounter was that on my departure day the wifi stop working around 530am. I need it to finished some work on the computer and couldn't but not a big deal. My cellphone signal was not the best inside the house but thats probably my cellphone carrier which is T-mobile.

We greatly enjoyed having you as our first guest after renovating and posting this house on VRBO. Living in the mountains of NE Georgia, we struggle with wifi (internet) and cell service all the time. Sorry for your inconvenience.
