The views were amazing we loved that 4 of the 5 bedrooms had king beds and most had attached bathrooms was great for us and our adult kids. This house is in desperate need of updates carpet had large stains and has us all wondering if it was even clean

This is a great house for a large group. Plenty of king beds and bathrooms. Carpet is so stained and gross none of the 10 of us wanted to walk around barefoot. Kitchen and bathrooms in the old part of the house need serious updating. Kitchen is stocked but with very old items. No decent non stick pans. Three of the four screens on the glass sliders were missing. House needs work and it would be amazing.

Some good and some disgusting. The location is nice, 1/4 mile walk to the beach. The house is old and really needs some tlc. The carpet is so disgusting that I kept my shoes on all the time inside the house. Showers ok, bathrooms decent, layout of the house nice for a large group. Kitchen was old and cabinets and drawers desperately need to be replaced. Didn’t cook at all because everything just feels old and dirty. They had a crab cracker that was so blackened we didn’t attempt to use it. For the price I should have gotten a clean hotel. I would never go back to this property. This is the first time I have rented a place I would never go back to.

The view is what we paid for, but this house is in really poor shape. The stairs to the downstairs deck outside was over run by ivy that is growing weeds in gutters. All outdoor metal totally rusted. The inside of house, all the outlets need replaced, all doors and cupboards need fixing or replaced. That's just a few things.Checkout time for this house should be 11 O'clock not 10 o'clock house is huge and so many people working to vacate so early is difficult.

Excellent customer service. Zoey and Emma responded immediately when messaged. Beach house fit our needs and we loved the space, view, and beach access. There were a few minor issues that came up, and your team addressed them quickly and efficiently! Andrew from maintenance was very kind and professional, he did a great job and had a pleasant attitude. Thank you for hosting, we will be back next year!

Very disappointed in the actual house from the pictures in the listing. They charged for early check in and when told about the issues in the house they said "sorry". The house is very worn and needs a lot of maintenance. Be wary. The beach access and the view was good. Deck was great but no lights worked for night use.

Rainy Retreat

The weather kept us indoors so it was great to have room to spread out. The kitchen is very dated but had ample dishes, pots and pans. Neighborhood is quiet and beach access is great.

Great spot for family holiday!

We visited this house for a combined Thanksgiving and 70th birthday celebration for my mother-in-law and it was great! The bedrooms are very nice, with great mattresses and the bathrooms are stocked with lots of towels. The house has 2 living room areas, which was nice for our large group to be able to spread out. The beach is an easy, short walk away and the neighborhood was really nice. Thank you!

Annual Family Trip

We had a fantastic time at this location. The weather was unseasonally warm and sunny. We all had a blast! Proximity to beach was incredible. The only thing I would say negative is that the kitchen could have better stocked. But we totally made it work.

Family clamming weekend

Top notch location and roomy sleeping quarters. Kitchen and living room far from bedrooms so that sleeping in was undisturbed by the early risers. Wonderful view of the ocean, and trail access right across the street. Plenty of parking for all. Dog friendly was great. Only complaints: Pre existing stains on the carpet were not pretty to look at and kitchen towels and rags were minimal. Overall an enjoyable stay.
