Our two bedroom and one bathroom apartment is at the perfect location for those who wants a spend a great time and get the most out of what Gold Coast can offer. This self-contained apartment you will feel truly at ease because we will provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay!
Inside the building, you will find outdoor and indoor lap pools, fully equipped gym, BBQ facilities, a private theatre and a extensive outdoor leisure area featuring sub-tropical gardens!

Upon reservation, the primary guest acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the following terms and conditions and they are responsible for the compliance of the rules by all other guests in reservations as well:
1. We have a strict no events/parties policy at this house. NO EVENTS or PARTIES can be accommodated in our apartment any time, that includes but not limited to birthday parties, hens/bucks weekends or other functions.
2. Our quiet hours are between 9pm to 8am. If noise has been detected between the aforementioned quiet hours or complaints from neighbours were received. Most of our neighbours are permanent residents of this neighbourhood and they have rights to expect it to be quiet during the quiet hours. We reserve the right to immediate terminate of your reservation and the rest of your payment will not be refunded.
3. No extra people on premises. (Not exceeding the reservation number of guests). Extra charge may apply if there are extra guests to be found in the house.
4. No unruly behaviour to hour neighbours.
5. It is a requirement that the property is to be returned in a relatively good condition, which means at least you should empty the dishwashers, bag all your rubbish and dispose them properly. Extra cleaning activities will incur charges, and extra cleaning includes but not limited to a)General Excess cleaning hours for extra messy house $100-150 b)Dirty dishes $50 c) Unremoved rubbish $50 d) Food stains on bed covers or object surfaces $200-400
6. Any damage, breakage or theft is your responsibility during your stay and you should be reporting upon discovering any problems. If anything is noted by our cleaners after your stay, it will be requested through Airbnb. Please note our cleaners will take photos and videos each time after completion of their job, therefore any missing items or damaged items can be compared with the photos and video footages.
7. Smoking inside and balcony of the apartment is strictly prohibited. A fee of $400 may apply if the smoke detector is set off due to smoking inside. A fee of $50 apply to any cigarette butts found after your stay.
8. All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you check out of the property. AC, lights and all other electrical devices should be turned off.
9. Pre Check-in Form: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with ID provided for guests over 18 years of age. This is a requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.

Great location & facilities
This property is located in the heart of Surfers Paradise and offers everything we needed for a couple of days away. The convenience of onsite parking made the property even better as we could walk to most places within 5-10 mins.
The room was extremely neat and tidy and we thank the host for the great communication.

This apartment is probably ok for a boys weekend away but we wouldn't book it as a family again.I will caveat my comments by saying we were refunded one nights accommodation based on how dirty the apartment was, however, that was not without a battle.We were also stuffed around with the onsite parking, which we were eventually reimbursed for.The property manager is efficient in her responses. My only criticism of her would be the bombardment and requests for additional information including selfies holding your drivers licences...

Carpets not very clean. None of the lights in the property worked for 3 full days and we lived in dark inspite informing expedia and the property manager.
Keys collection and drop are in different from the property and came in as surprise when i tried to checkin and check out.
The tradie who came to fix the lights broke the glass cover and shattered it all over the kitchen and other rooms.
The building was very secured and can only be operated via key but the property manager provided us only 1 key and which made it very difficult to manage.
Both property manager and expedia support were not communicating at all. Till date they didn't come back.

The oven door would not close, dirty tissues were left on the floor in the 2nd bedroom, a cardboard box was left behind the couch, the dining chairs were dirty. But mostly, after I accidently left the garage swipe in the my car after check out I express posted it once we got home. I was then charged 100 because "apparently the cleaners could not enter the apartment to clean it.". This is where the lies started and I am still chasing the 100. I was offer 20 before everything went silent.

Nothing about this overnight stay was easy or straightforward. After booking and paying upfront, I was asked to provide a selfie holding my driver’s licence, then a selfie holding my credit card. Given identity theft concerns, this was uncomfortable-especially as I had already supplied full personal and payment details and paid in advance. Despite assurances this was standard protocol, the initial photo was deemed insufficient and multiple additional photos were requested over the following two days, right up until 15 minutes before check-in. Only then were we given check-in details.Key collection required walking 15 minutes to another location, but the key holder was empty. After calling Olivia, we were told the cleaners would be contacted, but no follow-up occurred. Thirty minutes after check-in time, we called again and were told the key would arrive shortly. We waited another 10 minutes, then walked back to the apartment to finally check in.The room itself was adequate, but the bathroom light did not work, requiring us to use a bedroom lamp. The air conditioner was non-functional; a portable unit only blew warm air, making the already hot, stuffy unit worse. In summer, this is unacceptable. The lounge, cushions and carpet felt unclean and overdue for a deep clean.Only one key fob was provided for a two-bedroom unit making independent movement impossible for multiple guests. I would not recommend staying here without proper cooling and smoother check-in process.

No Frills Accommodation
If you're just after no frills accommodation in a great location, then consider this apartment. If you're after something a little more luxurious then this might not be for you. We had a short stay few nights(2A,2CH), and although it was not a 5 star listing, we could not fault the location. Walking distance to everything Surfer's has to offer. The booking process was annoying. Firstly not accepting my credit card even though the website said it was accepted. Then having to provide multiple forms of Identification, and not receiving any form of confirmation until the day of our actual check in whilst enroute from Sydney.On entering the unit we noticed the oven door was hanging of and being held on by sticky tape. Some lights weren't working, most were also very dim. Some power points weren't working either. Looking past all of that, the facility had decent amenities and conveniently located.

Amazing trip, horrible accommodation!
We have always booked a stay at the chevron Renaissance, just never through stayz. We found an apartment that was cheap and had enough room for my husband and my two young boys. When we first entered the apartment it was charming and we thought it was perfect for our 4 night stay.
We encountered a few issues such as a few lights not working and a pair of used underwear being left in the wardrobe, but the worst issue which we made known immediately was the air-conditioning. The air conditioning DOES NOT TURN OFF. When we spoke to the owner or the woman who manages the property, she said “oh no, maybe you can turn the temperature to the highest setting?” So it was either we freeze or overheat. Myself, and my 4 year old son became so sick because of the extreme cold at night and he was coughing the entire trip. We tried very hard to resolve the aircon issue through back and forth communication but the woman who spoke to us was extremely unhelpful and downright rude.
The veranda blinds fell down onto my husband while he was opening the veranda door. That same night, the veranda door completely fell off the track, and almost caused major damage. When we contacted the owner or manager, she told us “these issues weren’t present with the previous visitors” when my husband said this was an absurd response and threatened to contact fair trading, she then retracted her statement and said “I can get someone to you in 40 minutes”. No one ever came. My husband replaced the door.

Nice little apartment in perfect location surrounded by shops & 5 min walk to beach. Downside no foxtel/cable & only 5 channels. The TV in master bedroom didn't work. A few downers but if these things were fixed we'd stay again.
