This cozy Beach house is situated in the heart of Rye.
Walking distance to the beach, shops, many local cafes & restaurants.
Golf courses, wineries & the famous Hot Springs are only a short drive.

The house is tastefully furnished & has everything & more to enjoy a family beach getaway anytime of the year.
There are 2 bedrooms. One has a queen bed. The other bedroom has 2 bunk beds, that sleep 4 guests.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a holiday cook up.
The lounge area has a Smart tv ,DVD player & Internet.
Outside there is a huge backyard for kids to run around & a big deck for summer entertaining.

The property needs a lot of maintenance both internal and external. Many things are broken and the rubbish surrounding the property especially the deck is very disturbing. We unfortunately stayed when there were very strong winds and the covers and loose material on the deck made sleep impossible on the first night. The host needs to update the contact information as it appears to be out of date.I would suggest that Stayz remove this property from accessible accommodation as was listed by you on the internet. This has nothing to do with the host but is purely your mistake.

Great family getaway

A great house to take the family. Clean, well appointed with everything you need, including lots of safe space for kids to run around in the backyard. Very close to the beach and all local shops. Definitely looking forward to coming back with the family.

A great family stay

Everything went smooth, had no issues with the property. During our stay we enjoyed the beach often as it was very close to the property. Great location, found many places to see nearby. Our host Simone was easy to communicate with.

My parents (80’s) had a wonderful time and was so easy for them to walk to the beach and the shops. Fabulous large backyard for us to visit and great amenities. Thanks so much.

Family weekend away

Quiet area, close to the beach with off-street parking. Walking distance to shops and the beach. Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine. Big back yard and very private. We loved our stay. The place had everything we needed for a chilled weekend away. Would recommend.

Great location.

Great location if you want to be close to Rye beach. Nice little house that could do with some more particular attention to cleaning, and the addition of a barbecue outside would be nice (with some essential kitchen staples). Basic style accommodation. Look elsewhere if you need something luxurious.

Holiday saved!

We went to the property during the heatwave only to find that the airconditioner wasnt working. We were so worried that our holiday would be ruined but Simone the property manager and the owner of the house responded within 10 minutes of us messaging to work out a solution for us that saved our long weekend holiday. Stuff breaking down happens but I was so incredibly impressed by how it was responded to that I would go back again in a heartbeat.
