We're glad this group enjoyed their stay! They were a pleasure to host. The ski-in/ski-out location is definitely one of the condo’s most appealing features, but there are plenty of other amenities for guests to enjoy as well, including a hot tub and sauna, perfect for a relaxing evening.

This guest did report a clogged sink, and we promptly sent our housekeeping team to address the concern. Upon inspection, it was found that the sink was not clogged but simply required the stopper to be lifted. Additionally, no concerns about mold were ever reported to us; had they been, we would have addressed them immediately, as guest comfort and safety are our top priorities. The rental is professionally cleaned after each stay and mold has never been detected. The rental was and remained cleaned and safe. We offer guests a 24/7 guest services number and can be easily reached via phone, text, email, or message. This condo is perfectly situated with true ski-in/ski-out access, and we’re confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay.

Future guests can feel confident that this home offers a well-appointed, recently renovated space in a true ski-in location, with a fully stocked kitchen and easy access to the slopes—features that many guests really enjoy. For arrival, we provide detailed check-in instructions and are available to assist if needed. In this case, our team did work with the guest in real time to help with access, including troubleshooting the lockbox and guiding them through key fob activation. While the process is straightforward when instructions are followed, we understand that travel days can be stressful and are always here to help ensure a smooth arrival. The condo features newer luxury vinyl flooring, which was intentionally chosen for durability and a clean, updated look. As with most mountain properties, some snow and salt may be tracked in during winter months, and we recommend using the provided entry area for boots and gear to help keep the space tidy. Overall, this property continues to be a great fit for guests looking for a comfortable, updated condo with strong amenities and an unbeatable location right on the mountain.

We welcome reviews, as they tend to be constructive criticism that helps us grow or points out things we are doing well. What is challenging about reviews is when a guest knowingly breaks our house rules. We then remind her that what she's doing is against the rules and she decides to retaliate with a negative review that both hurts the owner and our company. As soon as we were alerted that the current parking pass was outdated, the owner of the company dropped what he was doing to run a new pass over to the unit. It was during that trip that we found out about the house rules violation. Our company accessed the unit that one time, at the request of the guest, in order to provide her with the updated pass. Another point that was left out of the review was that the key fob did work for the entirety of her stay. There is a recharging station for the key cards at the property but for some reason that wasn't working. As soon as we were notified, we had the front desk make new keys for the guests. We welcome long stays. Our company is happy to and very capable of accommodating guests for longer duration trips.

We work hard to provide guests with specific details related to each property; this property's reference document includes information on how the fireplace is operated. The fireplace is operated by a remote control, which is left next to the fireplace so that it's easy for guests to find. The condo has both Cable TV as well as Roku.
