The Space:
Combining premium positioning with style and functionality, this beachside family home offers an idyllic coastal lifestyle. This home is very family-oriented with the inside and outside infusing together to become an entertainer's dream with the focal point being the outdoor deck with views of the tranquil garden and sparkling heated magnesium pool (Sept-May).

The open plan living features a spacious living room that extends out to the kitchen and outdoor dining area. The open plan living room features two comfortable couches and a smart TV with access to streaming services for those much-needed movie nights. The kitchen has an island bench with barstools and is completely equipped with all the appliances and utensils you could need including a large coffee machine. The outdoor deck overlooking the tranquil garden and heated magnesium pool (Sept-May) has dining for six as well as a day bed to relax with your morning coffee. The home also features a surf rack which contains foam surf boards and body boards for guests to use.

Open plan living:
Two comfortable lounges, smart TV (apps only), air-conditioning unit.

Master/Bedroom 1:
Plush queen-sized bed, ceiling fan and air-conditioning.
Ensuite: Shower, toilet, and single vanity.

Bedroom 2:
Queen-sized bed with a built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and air-conditioning.

Bedroom 3: King single bed with a trundle bed and a built-in-wardrobe, louvres and a pedestal fan.

Bedroom 4: Double sofa bed, tv, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe. This room also doubles as a playroom as it can be fully closed off.

Bathroom 2: shower, bathtub, and a sink with separate toilet.

Laundry: Washer, dryer, sink, and an outdoor clothesline.

Outdoors: Private magnesium pool that is heated between September - May only, deck chair, day bed, outdoor kitchenette, and a heated outdoor shower.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park in the carport (2.1m in height). This carport is a double lockup garage with remote access with space for two small or one large vehicle. There is also an abundance of free street parking.

The Neighborhood:
Moffat Beach in Caloundra has a distinct vibe that differentiates it from its more famous neighbours like Kings Beach & Dicky Beach. While Moffat isn’t a patrolled beach & you’ll need to be wary of the waves, the inlet of Tooway Creek offers family-friendly swimming. Dicky beach is an easy stroll across the sand for patrolled swimming between the flags. All throughout the area you will find upbeat shops and cafes, plenty within walking distance of the house.

Getting Around:
The closest beach (Moffat Beach) is 200m away (5-minute walk) and is great for a beach-walk, surfing, kite surfing or paddle boarding. The home is central to lots of activities and attractions:
Maroochydore airport is a 25-minute drive
- Brisbane airport is a 60-minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 25-minute drive
- Kawana Shopping World & Cinema is a 15-minute drive
- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 10-minute drive
- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 15-minute drive
- Downtown Caloundra is a 5-minute drive
A 30-minute car trip will take you to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, or Noosa National Park, the Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore!

Airport shuttles can get you there from both Brisbane and Maroochydore. It is possible to get around on the local buses and use coach tours but the immediate area is best explored on foot and it would be preferable to have a car to travel further afield.

Other Things to Note:
*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*Please note the pool is heated from September-May. The pool will not be heated during June-August as it does not heat very well in the cooler months.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
