The building operates with a 24/7 security totem at the entrance. Access to the apartment and all shared facilities is via a personal code provided on the day of check-in. Instructions will be sent to your email before arrival. For security purposes, after booking you will be asked to provide full name and ID number for all guests. This information is required to generate your access credentials.

This is a full apartment — ideal for couples, solo travelers, and business guests. Not suitable for party stays. No smoking inside the unit. The rooftop jacuzzi is open seasonally, December through March, and can be reserved by guests. The rooftop grill is available at an additional cost. Laundry on the top floor is free to use and stocked with detergent and softener. Luggage storage lockers and a bathroom available on the ground floor before check-in or after check-out.
