Brand new townhouse in Red Deer

I’m Glad you enjoyed your stay in my property and you like the area, yes it’s nice quiet area and brand new subdivision one year old, hopefully will see you again in the future.

I’d like to respond to the review posted by Jason Eveleigh, as it contains several statements that are simply not accurate. First, Jason mentioned that my property is overpriced. This is not true. My property is located in a prime area and is competitively priced compared to similar properties nearby. In fact, this is likely one of the reasons he chose to book it in the first place. No one is forced to book my property—guests have full access to compare options before making a decision. Second, I provided Jason with nearly a $200 discount for his 5-night stay, which is essentially close to one free night. It is unfair to accept a significant discount and then claim the property is too expensive after the stay. Third, Jason stated that I was “watching” guests during their stay. This is a serious and misleading claim. As clearly outlined in the house rules, there are outdoor cameras only, strictly for guest and property safety. There are absolutely no indoor cameras, as that would violate privacy laws. The only reason I reached out was because the outdoor front camera showed more guests arriving than were included in the booking, and it appeared the reservation was made under one name but used by others. After I contacted Jason, he confirmed that he had booked the property for someone else. I accepted that explanation without issue. It’s disappointing to see false and misleading claims being made after I provided a clean, new property and even offered a substantial discount. I stand by the quality, pricing, and transparency of my listing.

Thanks for your review and your stay in my property, about the location our property in a prime location and close to everything in red deer, when you booked the property awhile back you can see the location and you had the option to cancel it for free of charge if you didn’t like it, and when you booked it i text you rightway if you have any question or concerns im happy to answer but you didn’t reply back , I’m glad you enjoyed your stay in my property.

Very happy to have L and family as a guest , they took good care of the house and it snowed over night and he shovelled the front walk way and sidewalk, very thoughtful and left the house clean . Communication was great and would definitely welcome him and his family back .

Laura and her family great guest , very clean left the house in great condition, I highly recommend her to all guest , I will definitely host Laura again.

Thank you for your feedback , we will look into it , but as for scents , we do not add any additional scents other than tide pod laundry detergent and bounce sheets in the dryer . Our cleaning supplies are windex and antibacterial cleaner , but as for perfumes we do not add in the home , we have 4 pillows on each bed and it would’ve be a simple solution if you put two pillows on top of each other to make them harder, But we will try to find better solutions :)
