We’re pleased to hear that communication and check-in went smoothly, but we’re genuinely sorry the portable cooling units were not sufficient to keep the condo comfortable during your stay. Your experience confirmed that they are no longer an adequate solution, and we have decided to replace them with central air conditioning to provide more reliable and consistent cooling throughout the condo going forward. Summer in the Vail Valley is typically such a special time, with the lovely river, beautiful golf courses, terrific bicycling paths, and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Guests can also enjoy the many activities and savings available through the local summer discount card. We sincerely regret that the unusually hot temperatures and inadequate cooling prevented you from enjoying the condo as comfortably as you should have. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helped us identify and prioritize this important improvement for future guests.

It sounds like you had an amazing ski trip! I'm glad the hot tub was working when you arrived. The issue with the TVs could have been resolved by reaching out to us, but it's understandable that it wasn't a significant concern since everyone was able to watch Netflix on their phones. Basically, the TVs are Smart TVs and logged into Firestick, Peacock, etc. We are available if there is ever a question. It's wonderful to hear that the beds were super comfortable and that the price of the condo felt appropriate. The recent deep cleaning, along with new linens and towels, added to the overall experience. The great view of the river must have been a lovely addition to your stay. I'm delighted to know that you would consider staying there again for your next trip. We would love to have you stay with us again!
