Great stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. It felt big enough for four adults, two dogs, and two infants. The house felt very safe for two little ones and we appreciated the fenced in yard for our dogs.

Charming home with good value

My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the home to be very well laid out. Trips to town and the ski area were quick and easy. We really appreciated the ability to bring our dogs as well and they enjoyed the fenced back yard. Overall a great value and highly recommend.

Beautiful Taos vista house!

Gorgeous little spot on the west side of Taos, with beautiful views in all directions. Very clean and well stocked. Fenced yard for canine friends. Quiet neighborhood.

Open, Spacious Living Area

The house was as advertised. -The views were beautiful. -The bedrooms all had very comfortable beds, and a good layout with bedside tables and small reading lamps. -The biggest thing we loved was how open the living space was (kitchen/LR). And the woodstove in the chilly morning was really nice. - Communication with Ben, the owner, was fast and easy, and all questions were answered quickly. Overall, we had a great time. The space is lovely. We would happily stay there again.

Well appointed house, perfect for our family of 3

This cute little house was easily one of the most well-appointed rental homes we've stayed in with tons of dishes, pots and pans in the kitchen and every small kitchen appliance you can think of. Everything was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Easy drive into town. The house was the perfect size for our family of three and our pup. May be a little tight if you have more than three people, as there's only a sofa in the living room and the kitchen table seats four. But it was perfect for us. Beautiful views of the mountains as we enjoyed our morning coffee.

Ep Prado Property

This property is not ready to rent. Front yard looks like constrution site with piles of gravel. Stove in kitchen is missing knobs for the two front burners. No kitchen lenin. Only a couch in living room and no side chairs. Two plastic chairs on deck. Deck needs a table with four chairs.

Owner's Response: “Hi Jeff, thanks so much for your feedback! As you can imagine, vacation rentals take a beating and sometimes we have to make repairs and replace appliances and furniture after guests have been especially hard on them. We've recently had to replace some furniture in the living room that was damaged by a guest, and we have some new stove valves on order for the range. We've pulled a couple of knobs off the stove, in the meantime, to make sure everything is safe until those replacement parts arrive. You'll also be pleased to know we have some new patio furniture arriving this week. Thanks again for your review, we've enjoyed hosting you and hope you had a nice trip to Taos!"

Great Stay in El Prado

Stayed for one week. Great house, all adobe, 3 bedrooms, one bath. Comfy mattresses and spacious bedrooms. Stayed cool in the heat, and warm in the cold. Really good location to Taos, about 4 miles out of town. Really enjoyed the kitchen. It had all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, and flatware. No need to bring any of that. Wonderful gas stove and oven. Enjoyed the tea box with all the different teas, and it was fully stocked with spices. There were books, Scrabble, batteries, light bulbs...The kitchen does not have a dishwasher and that was fine by me. Deck off of the back of the house with table and barbeque and a beautiful view of the mountains. The yard is mostly scrub but all of the houses are like that. Because we were there a week it was very convenient to do laundry. The washer and dryer are in the spacious bathroom. Again, all laundry soaps, dryer sheets provided. Shower was really nice and again the shampoo and creme rinses were provided. It had a hair dryer which I appreciated. Had a spacious dining table for meals, we actually got 6 people around the table. While there we visited Taos Pueblo, fascinating, Chimayo Sanctuary, took the High Road, very scenic. Highlight of the trip was Ojo Caliente, hot springs. Amazing!!! Also played golf at the Tao Country Club. Very reasonable. Would recommend Azteca Grill for dinner. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. would definitely go back.
