There are split systems (heating and cooling) in bedroom one on the ground floor , as well as bedroom two and the living area on the second floor.

Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay & the behaviour & activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don't comply.
