Great for large or multiple family stays.
Five bedroom home with pull out couch in attached, insulated & double-glazed garage.
Can sleep up to twelve + the large walk-in wardrobe in the master can hold a portacot for a toddler (one is available on request).
Built in 2019 on a large flat section that backs onto its own little forest complete with garden path and micro bridge.

Inside dining table seats 6 + there is a breakfast bar that seats another 5. There is also a high chair available on request.
Outside there is seating and dining for over a dozen people.
Enjoy music by connecting your phone/device to the indoor and outdoor bluetooth speakers.

The kitchen and scullery are well-equiped with usual oven and hob (induction) as well as bread maker, coffee machine, wine fridges (one red, one for white), air fryer, rice cooker, pressure cooker, slow cooker, blender and two dishwashers (one standard size, one dish-drawer).
There is one beer fridge in the garage - setup as a games room, as well as one in the outdoor BBQ area.

There are also two washer-dryers so you can get through washing quickly and easily.

Central heating/cooling into each bedroom, living and garage helps ensure a comfortable temperature throughout.
Whole-home water filtration means, not only is water from every tap purified - for the best possible taste, you are also showering/bathing in some of the cleanest water known to man.

THINGS TO DO

Inside there are board games, darts, table tennis, fuze ball, movie projector, Netflix in the master bedroom, treadmill and weights + chin up bar, swiss ball, yoga mats and skipping rope.
Please note, to encourage interaction we don’t have a TV in the living area. However, there is unlimited high-speed wifi access throughout the home to connect your devices to.

Outside there’s a host of things to do including lounging on the lawn or outdoor furniture, cooking on the charcoal fire table (or electric hobs), playing pétanque or jumping on the trampoline.
Help yourself to our seasonal vegetables &/or fruit. There are also kids bikes and balls.

To help with adventures, there is available to use a picnic set, bodyboards and sand castle equipment.
