This professionally designed and decorated 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home can sleep 12 guests comfortably and includes spectacular amenities such as a Nursery built off the Master suite on the 1st floor.

The Owners Story- In 2020 our family visited Carlton Landing for the first time. We recognized immediately the culture was different here. My wife and I grew up in the 80's where our childhood consisted of large family dinners, exploring outside, riding bikes, swimming, sports, playing board games, running from house to house in our neighborhood and playing with friends until dark. We only dreamed of a community where our kids could experience that same culture we loved so much growing up in Oklahoma. Then we found it!

The Kitchen and Dining area is built for entertaining. With the oversized dining table, Huge kitchen island and spacious living area, you will be able to entertain a large family for any special occasion. The elegant decor and inviting colors will take your breath away. The home features 3 King size bedrooms and 1 oversized bunk room with 2 full size beds and 3 twins. The home has 3 full size bathrooms and 1 half bath. The Master suite on the 1st floor comes with a large walk in shower and a soaker tub for you to relax or give the littles a bubble bath. The living area is equipped with a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV so you can cozy up on the extra large couch and watch your favorite movie. The common area on the 2nd floor is also equipped with a TV and a card table for family game night. The large wrap around porch is perfect for morning coffees, sunsets and has a large dining table for eating outside on the patio. The Tower court pool is just a short walk down the street if you want to relax by the pool or cool off in the summer.

Raising Oklahoma has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parking in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay.
