Points faibles : Propreté, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce.
This property is overpriced for its location and the fact it is relatively rundown and it presents in a way that is not at all equated with the price point. It has some nice features but overall it’s like an historic home with a motel bolted onto the back of it. The kitchen is the worst part of the house with very dated and grotty commercial appliances. The front living spaces are charming but unfortunately they are adjacent to the very busy Great Western Highway, which takes a lot of heavy vehicles at all hours of the day and night. The location is not disclosed until after payment is made, which is very sneaky and deceptive. On the upside it is a short walk to Blackheath village. The bedrooms are akin to 1970s motel rooms and the truck noise permeates every bedroom. Our bathroom had mouldy surfaces. In short, not the right property if you’re looking for high levels of cleanliness and peace and quiet.
